  Gigi is a great asset to any company or customer she is working with. She is very attentive to others needs. Very knowledgeable about the manufactured home business, if there is a problem to solve she will be with you every step of the way until a resolution.

  Thank you to Ashley for making my tour an awesome experience! You were very kind and understanding and easy to talk to. The homes are beautiful and various upgrades and floor plans are a plus for me! I'm not ready now to buy, but I KNOW who to call when I'm ready! 😊🌞

  As someone who often relocates navigating interior design within a home can be a complex and overwhelming process. Chloe Nelson's assistance, kindness, and creative direction, throughout the entire process, has been intentional and entirely effective. She works hard, is consistent, and never fails to follow up and notify me of updates or additional information. Overall a very quality performance by Chloe Nelson on behalf of Clayton Homes.

  I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gigi Milton, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s incredibly dependable, honest, and always shows up with a great attitude. Gigi has a way of making people feel comfortable and taken care of, and you can tell she truly cares about doing things the right way. She works hard, communicates well, and is someone you can count on no matter the situation. If you get the chance to work with her, you’re in great hands.

  Do not buy from them!! Manufactured homes are great! But Clayton homes is awful builder! They will give you the cheapest quality and try to charge the most. We purchased our home from the back in 2021 and to say they went with the cheapest subcontractors is an understatement. The person they hired to do our flooring clearly did not know what he was doing and when they sent him back to fix it (after 6 months of us complaining) he didn’t fix anything. He was very obviously on drugs, said he would be back to begin fixing the floors and never came back. I believe the woman I worked with from Clayton homes was Amber. She was terrible. Had an attitude every single time I spoke with her and she had the nerve to argue with me over 2 ceilings fans that were supposed to be included in the home. Mind you, these fans costs $100 at home depot and they were already profiting a lot off our purchase considering how cheap they went on building the house. I do not recommend buying from them at all.
