My wife and I and two kids lived here for two years since living here there has been 4 different managers and front end staff The amenities are not up-to-date. The gym is not functioning. The pool has so many chemicals in it. Your skin itches terrible if you swim in it for 20 minutes.
The air-conditioning systems in these apartments are absolutely terrible. The main bedroom if you have a two bedroom will always be hot all year round I had to beg for the first year to get privacy curtains to help with the overcast of heat. I also told them I think the ducks need to be clean. They just told me they can’t do anything about it. All these units are having apartment problems lower your AC. The AC here is un affordable. We were paying Over $200 a month in electric to keep the apartment at 74°
There are insects in the apartments The company they have spray is not professional. Make sure you’re home to protect your items.
They say they have security. I’ve called them to verify They say they don’t even service the apartment complex yet you pay for the service.
They have so many different fees that they tack onto your rent that don’t even make sense that you can’t opt out of even if you want to and you do the trash yourself and don’t want valet trash you still pay for it
The front end staff is incredibly unprofessional and will do anything to get out of hard work or do their job and have terrible customer service also since there have been 4 different managers I have had the same State Farm insurance for renters insurance since I moved in they have had that on file days before my last payment for my lease to be up they said they didn’t have it on file before my last bill I emailed them and sent them a copy of proof and verification from State Farm the same thing they have had and should have had for 2 years the manager bulled my wife and I and two young children into paying 50$ more fee for supposedly not having proof of insurance
This place has done nothing but bully my wife and I I have an eight and a 10 year-old. It’s very unfortunate to see this happening. I hope this doesn’t happen to someone else.
I recommend if your family are young do not get dragged into an endless fee and a regular standard apartment that is not a home, but you will pay for a home fee
They’re a cheaper places to live amenities that work In this economy be guarded with your money this is not a valuable place to live thank Goodness our lease is up and we found a true price and value to live in not CANTELA. This place will do anything to rob you of your money.

Cantala is a Beautiful place. Ladies in the Leasing office are friendly and Maintenance staff is amazing. Grounds are very well maintained. I recommend Cantala as your future home.
Cantala is an amazing property. Customer service is phenomenal. Iris is very professional and always has a smile on her face. Dora the property Manager is great and has a great vibe, and also the Maintenance staff Craig and Jose are very professional.

I cannot say enough good things about Iris and Dora at Cantala! I was in a tough spot and needed to move quickly, and they made the impossible happen—I was approved and moved in within just one day.
The customer service here is top-notch. They were both so professional, kind, and actually cared about getting me into my new home. The property itself is beautiful and so well-maintained, with a really peaceful vibe.
As for the apartment, it is stunning! Everything is newly renovated and modern—the quartz countertops, the wood-style flooring, and the open layout make it feel like true luxury. If you’re looking for a beautiful place with a management team that actually goes above and beyond for their residents, look no further than Cantala. Ask for Iris or Dora!
