  Kendra was just absolutely amazing! She was very patient with us and showed us many options without any pressure to lease immediately. Property was beautiful and very clean. Would recommend a tour.

  I've really loved living at Garret Mesa Apartments! It’s such a cool complex with a great overall vibe. The amenities are super nice and always well kept, and honestly one of my favorite things is hanging out around the pool area in the evenings it’s just really relaxing and a great atmosphere. The office staff has also been amazing from day one, always super nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. Definitely feels like a place that actually cares about its residents!

  Nice complex and floorplans, however, the reviews about the property are right. We’ve been here since august and it’s been nothing but things breaking fading wearing down, etc. The paint is absolutely atrocious, To the point if you barely rub against it, it’s gonna smudge/Have a stain. The front office advised us to use magic erasers so hopefully that doesn’t come back to bite us. Our counter is already Peeling…. And our AC was nonstop running even after we reported it multiple times and finally after months, they were able to get it taken care of by replacing the thermostat. Overall, it’s not a bad complex just poorly put together

  I would strongly caution anyone considering renting at Agave Ranch. When we moved out, management attempted to charge us for what appeared to be standard turnover items and normal wear from everyday living. When we asked questions and tried to dispute the charges, the response we received from Joanna in the office was essentially, “If you don’t want to pay, you can let it go to collections.” Tenants ABSOLUTELY have the right to question and dispute charges that seem unnecessary or excessive. Being told to just accept it or face collections feels like an attempt to intimidate people into paying without asking questions. Another issue is the quality of materials used in the apartments. The paint they use is extremely cheap and marks very easily during normal living. Small scuffs or marks that would typically be considered normal wear end up being treated like tenant caused damage. It almost feels like you’re expected not to touch the walls at all just to avoid getting charged later. Apartments should account for reasonable wear from people actually living in the unit. Instead, it feels like tenants are expected to absorb costs that should be part of normal turnover between residents. Renters should know their rights and carefully review any move-out charges before agreeing to pay them.
