  Superb service . Sarinah was v knowledgeable in her neighborhood price and comps . She was extremely prompt with communication throughout the deal and also helped problem solve and troubleshoot minor issues that came about making sure the negotiations go smooth for both parties. The open house, scheduled tours and lead follow up really helped secure a contract within Two weeks of listing in a competitive market. She got us more than our expected $ amount. This was our third RA as we hopped around trying to sell our property and the way it swiftly went thru goes to show how efficient her team works with professional quality . Thank you for all your efforts and we will continue to do business with you and highly recommend you to others.

  I can't to say enough good things about Sarinah Brooks with Realty One Group in selling my home in Mesa Arizona. Sarinah is a true professional. Her industry knowledge and work ethic is impressive.   Where to even begin with Sarinah... This was my first time buying a house, and the experience could not have been more phenomenal When looking for realtors, I heard over and over that "there's nothing available in AZ" "prices are ridiculous" "you're gonna have such a hard time even finding a deal, let alone getting an offer accepted in this environment" But the first thing I heard from Sarinah after being referred by another one of her satisfied clients was "Oh that's just not true - I can find you a unicorn, no problem" And she was right! Every step of the way, her communication was impeccable. She truly LISTENED to what I wanted, and found exactly that. And when I say she makes you feel like her only client, I mean it wholeheartedly. Through every step from the initial search, to touring properties, to making offers, and closing (with an incredible deal) she is absolutely top notch. I was blown away at every possible opportunity by her seemingly endless knowledge of all things AZ real estate, her patience & consistently up-beat positive attitude, her speed and accuracy of execution, the relationships she's cultivated with vendors that met every single one of my needs with turning my new house into a home, and even the little things like random gifts along the way. I feel sorry for anybody who tries to buy a house in Arizona without Sarinah in their corner. I'm a customer for life!

  Sarinah Brooks has been, for myself the best agent I have worked with . Always on top of the little things that all to soon can derail the process we have to go through to purchase a home. She understands when we said we had a budget to remain in the monetary stipulations we placed on her. The people she works with have given us excellent advise to make our money stretch further. What to focus on for getting the biggest bang for our buck. When there has been a promise from a seller that has not been taken care of. Sarinah is the first to take care of the issue. When I think of Sarinah I think she has given us the best service if any agent we have ever worked with. I give her name and number to anyone that I know needs a good agent in Arizona.
