  The manager Joy is not helpful at all. My package is delivered to the mailbox after I move out and she never care about this. I visited once and called over ten times to ask managers to check with the current resident and they never call you back until you call. And she will say in a really mean voice that she either never heard back or can do nothing. My package is worth over 100 dollars, and she never care about this because I am not the resident any more. When I move out, the managers never told me to change the address, cut off the internet or electricity, and event the check, I had to go back to get that. And they will charge everybody over 150 dollars cleaning fee no matter how clean you cleaned out the room. I never see an apartment that is charging the cleaning fee for everyone.

  This place is stunning inside and out, but the interior is even more beautiful that I had originally thought and the front desk receptionist Mychael Hall was just as nice as she was beautiful, and some of the renters that had past us while we were doing a walk in were all very friendly and had friendly conversations with the front desk receptionist and they all seemed to respect her and she with them. It seemed very homey and overall wonderful.

  I took a tour with my brother the other day mychael was the best!! Very personable and was the highlight of our day she made my brother and I feel comfortable and answered every question we had with ease. The best experience I have ever had trying to find a place to live.

  Mychael at Icon Cooley Station Luxury Living was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, her hospitality was top-tier. She was welcoming, professional, and truly made the experience feel comfortable and seamless. It says a lot that all the tenants know her and consistently speak so highly of her—she’s clearly someone who makes a real impact in the community. Icon is lucky to have her. Highly recommend working with Mychael if you get the chance!

  Lived here for a year and had multiple issues. I got charged $800 in late fees due to some kind of misunderstanding and was never notified. The fees accumulated for almost 2 months before we were alerted. I was told if I paid to cover the fees that I would get the money back since there a major misunderstanding. 6 months later and I have yet to see this money. Jodi the manager was the one person that could handle the situation and trying to get ahold of her was extremely difficult. Not to mention the dog poop that was constantly in the hallways, the awful situation with the mail room and packages constantly being stolen, our AC breaking with °100 weather, and our fridge breaking and only getting compensated barley $100. Wouldn’t recommend living here even though it’s a beautiful complex
