  I was hesitant to move into an apartment after my house sold. I had to move out super quick. However when I walked in to the leasing office and met a little ray of sunshine ESPER my mind completely changed! He helped guide me to pick out the perfect apartment! He was so kind and immediately made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. My kids and I absolutely LOVE living here. Super nice neighbors and a sense of home after leaving “my home”. My kids love the pools and playing racquetball in the req center. I love being able to work out conveniently at the gym. The ease and proximity of the gym alone makes this a great choice. It’s so nice not to have to drive and pay extra to go to a gym anymore!! The activities have been a favorite of ours as well! Brooke always goes above and beyond to think of activities for all age groups. We always enjoy them! I have a little dog that loves the dog park as well! We all love it very much! I have and will recommend Tuscany to family, friends and coworkers when they ask me how I like living here.

  I’ve been living in my apartment for just about two months, and it already feels like home! The neighbors are wonderful, the management and staff are friendly and approachable, and the amenities are insane! The gated community and all the extras are what initially sold me. There are plenty of events and opportunities to connect with the community, which I really appreciate. I’m just hoping the gym opens earlier in the day soon! Overall, I absolutely love it here. Highly recommend!

  Great place, with good amenities. Staff is super friendly. Esper is awesome, along with another female in the office with dark hair they are both always super friendly.

  I couldnt be more Excited to see all the great things Tuscany @t Gabriella has for my family. The office staff . ESPEN himself was the best Help. Being a 1st time renter. The Welcoming was the best I seen in almost 40Years Great staff Beauitful Place Great view Amazing Quite Safe This is the place to be START your forever home Desiree

  This complex is beautiful! First the staff, Esper, Derrick and Jen are all amazing and super friendly! They are very knowledgeable and willing to answer and help in anyway they can. The amenities are TOP TIER. From the sauna in the tranquility lounge, the gym and soon to be open strength training room, huge pool with LED lighting, dog park with washing station and package lockers, what's not to love? The garages are spacious and large enough to fit a full size truck. The actual units are amazing! I leased a 2bath 1 bath and to me it feels like home. Full size stackable GE front loading washer and dryer. All stainless steel GE appliances, vinyl plank flooring, Granite countertops and a load of storage. The bedrooms are very spacious with closets that have built-ins. The natural light is amazing and really gives the units a fresh open natural feel. The doors and AC are app controlled with keypads to access the units which is super handy. Gates are also accessed through an app. Each building hallway has fans to help circulate the air as well as elevators which is super handy for moving. You are close to San Tan Mall and any shopping you might need as well as great access to the 202 and 60 freeway. This complex feels like home!
