    Absolutely horrible horrible company. Everyone seems nice at first including maintenance but don’t let them fool you like they did me.Stay far far away as they are very shady and willing to do everything they can to make you pay for unjustified charges especially after move out. I am currently in the works of making a court case out of this. I cleaned my apartment in Arizona City, AZ inside and out, I’m talking about landscaping, carpet cleared by vendor, deep cleaned including all appliances. I did touch up panting with the paint they left to do touch up painting, cleaned floors, mirrors bathrooms made sure everything was out of apartment . And let me tell you it was not even clean when we moved in and keep in mind they charged me a cleaning fee of $250 at the start of the lease, which means they charged the last tenants the same amount and for what?They even came and did an inspection 15 days before move out and said I just need to make sure the carpets are cleaned and should left in the same condition and I did everything they asked and more, thinking the landlord would actually be happy to have tenants that always paid their rent and left the apartment in the same condition and even better in my and my peers opinion. They sent me a bill after move out for $2,100 and some change. $600 touch up painting when they was no holes, crayons or anything in that nature on the walls. Charged me for deep cleaning $139, $35 for remaining items left which there wasn’t any, landscaping $150, and a bunch of lil stuff like replacing sink pop up pins, shower rods, window locks door adjustments ect. Oh and let me mind you it was infested with rouches, we had a pest control company come out every month and they could barley keep them away. At the inspection they said they did see any but it’s because we were keeping them away but now they are charging $190 for spraying for rouches? Knowing they let us move in like that maintenance will make work orders seem like it’s your fault before they fix it. Repair masters was no help and I definitely don’t recommend their company as well. All Rosenbaum can do is just talk to me like a robot and say I need to prove everything when they have not provided me with any pictures of damages or thing they needed addressed, which is the law, they have to show proof. They sent me a list of charges and that’s their proof apparently. I asked them for proof with pictures and was consistent when requesting proof and they just continue to say the charges will remain if I don’t send them before and after photos, move in checklist and receipts, invoices, ect, which they said they didn’t receive and I clearly remember them calling and said they received the checklist but apparently didnt document it.! I literally feel like I’m being scammed because they just have you sign everything and don’t explain anything including a move-in solution, or how cleaning fees or deposits work. Be very cautious and be careful with the this terrible company.

    I was helped by Franklin. I was approved for my living space within days. He was very communicative and any questions I asked he Was quick to answer if you’re looking for a place to rent through or get a place this would be a really great option to look into!!! He was so professional but understanding of my situation I’m so thankful I got ahold of Franklin!!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    Proceed with extreme caution. In my experience, this company was unprofessional and unreliable. Whenever issues came up, they were quick to blame “poor communication” instead of taking accountability or actually fixing the problem. That response became a pattern rather than a solution. The process felt unnecessarily adversarial and more focused on pushing their position than resolving things fairly. I strongly recommend having an attorney review any paperwork before signing to protect yourself. Thankfully, we kept thorough documentation to counter their claims. If you value transparency, accountability, and good business practices, I would suggest looking elsewhere. They attempted to charge us for things they had said we did but yet we had on pre-move in sheet. Then when we asked about it they wanted us to provide the move in sheet to them, they are a joke!

    From start to finish Rosenbaum Realty Group exceeded my expectations. Rafael Lino my Leasing Specialist was incredibly helpful, professional and responsive. Moving can be stressful but Rafael made the process go very smooth. I truly appreciate his hard work and positive attitude. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable rental services.

    If I could give them -5 star review, I would. I have been a resident since 2022, and my experience here has been horrible. The services are quite inconvienent, Everything is always a delay with Rosenbaum. Usually When I submit maintenance requests, they sometimes cancel my requests as if nothing needs to be fixed (only God knows why). Rosenbaum owes me $3k due to their renters portal being faulty (that was the first year I moved in) I had sent them my rent money, their site has sent it back and it never got refunded to my card. They asked me to send my rent $ again even though when my money got sent back, it never got sent back to my debit. So I had to send them my rent 2x virtually for it to NOT work. Because of their site being faulty, I had to pay a money order after 2 times of submitting rent $. I spent $4.5k in total in just 3 days alone. Now they have an updated portal, which you would think that would be a good thing. Except, when you submit your rent $, there is now a $58 fee (money hungry much?) Needless to say, I could go on about how horrible they are, but need I even say any more?
