  I can't to say enough good things about Sarinah Brooks with Realty One Group in selling my home in Mesa Arizona. Sarinah is a true professional. Her industry knowledge and work ethic is impressive. She made me feel that my needs or any concerns were a priority with her immediate responses whenever I reached out to her. She always had my back and she was able to secure what I needed in negotiations. Overall, I had a very pleasant and positive experience throughout the entire process. If you need a realtor, I highly recommend Sarinah Brooks with Realty One Group!

  Where to even begin with Sarinah... This was my first time buying a house, and the experience could not have been more phenomenal When looking for realtors, I heard over and over that "there's nothing available in AZ" "prices are ridiculous" "you're gonna have such a hard time even finding a deal, let alone getting an offer accepted in this environment" But the first thing I heard from Sarinah after being referred by another one of her satisfied clients was "Oh that's just not true - I can find you a unicorn, no problem" And she was right! Every step of the way, her communication was impeccable. She truly LISTENED to what I wanted, and found exactly that. And when I say she makes you feel like her only client, I mean it wholeheartedly. Through every step from the initial search, to touring properties, to making offers, and closing (with an incredible deal) she is absolutely top notch. I was blown away at every possible opportunity by her seemingly endless knowledge of all things AZ real estate, her patience & consistently up-beat positive attitude, her speed and accuracy of execution, the relationships she's cultivated with vendors that met every single one of my needs with turning my new house into a home, and even the little things like random gifts along the way. I feel sorry for anybody who tries to buy a house in Arizona without Sarinah in their corner. I'm a customer for life!

  Sarinah is an amazing realtor. She walked us through every step of buying our first home with patience and support. Due to our schedule she would meet us at all different hours to see a home. She understands the needs of her clients and will advocate for you constantly. We could not have been more happy with our experience with Sarinah and the perfect home she found for us.

  Sarinah Brooks has been, for myself the best agent I have worked with . Always on top of the little things that all to soon can derail the process we have to go through to purchase a home. She understands when we said we had a budget to remain in the monetary stipulations we placed on her. The people she works with have given us excellent advise to make our money stretch further. What to focus on for getting the biggest bang for our buck. When there has been a promise from a seller that has not been taken care of. Sarinah is the first to take care of the issue. When I think of Sarinah I think she has given us the best service if any agent we have ever worked with. I give her name and number to anyone that I know needs a good agent in Arizona.
