It's so sad to see how these property management companies want to reduce headcount by placing another burden on potential renters. Sorry that we have to work M-F but you can't have enough workers in your empty offices during the weekend. Pleased to take my business elsewhere!

The office staff are friendly and really seem to care, the maintenance was quick to fix any problem. The complex is close to everything; this was especially nice since we were new to the area. We ended up moving to a different area, moving out was easy and communication was great. I would recommend Elevation, it’s a great apartment complex.

- CLChristina LewisOct 12, 20255.0I lived at Elevation for 3 years and just moved out. I’m gonna miss it because there was so much I loved about my place. Many pros, top things being: the office staff and the quality of the apartments. The staff are always so on top of things, respond to emails quickly, and always had answers to my questions. I really appreciated them. Second, is the quality of the apartments. Appliances, countertops, flooring, all great. I’m really gonna miss having a particularly nice apartment interior. The community portal was great too. Used it for posting, and putting in maintenance requests (which always had a quick turnaround time). For most of my time there, I didn’t have noisy neighbors. Oh, and the gym is great. Always super clean and has a good amount of equipment. The one con, which may be unavoidable, is the handful of neighbors who don't pick up after their dogs. The office staff does their best and puts out frequent notices, and the community posts about it, but the elusive transgressors persist. Alas, a minor inconvenience. Still worth it to live in a great place all these years. I’m gonna miss it!

The location is super convenient, and the apartments themselves are modern and comfortable — I loved my floor to ceiling windows! The only issue I noticed were the trash chutes. Residents wouldn’t fully take care of their trash and let it build up in the trash chute rooms :( I also noticed Valet trash sometimes wouldn’t come to pick up my trash (even though I’d put it out at the right times) when paying $35 a month for the service. The main reason I’m moving out though is because I accepted a new job opportunity in another area. Otherwise, I would’ve renewed my lease bc the trash wasn’t a huge deal to me! I definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live in Gilbert!
