She is so wonderful and always goes the extra mile to make sure your living experience is everything you were promised and more. I can’t say enough good things about her. It’s rare to find a manager like her. I also want to shout out Gracie and Mari. They’re amazing too. Everyone here is so personable and genuinely wants to help in any way they can to keep you happy and comfortable. Thank you, San Tan staff. We really do love it here and have you to thank!

My biggest green flag here is the staff- from management to leasing to maintenance, everyone is so kind, helpful and here for your needs, everything is addressed quickly. Our renewal is happening soon & we are excited to continue living here, I recommend touring this community and calling it home. Thank you!!

It's so sad to see how these property management companies want to reduce headcount by placing another burden on potential renters. Sorry that we have to work M-F but you can't have enough workers in your empty offices during the weekend. Pleased to take my business elsewhere!

The office staff are friendly and really seem to care, the maintenance was quick to fix any problem. The complex is close to everything; this was especially nice since we were new to the area. We ended up moving to a different area, moving out was easy and communication was great. I would recommend Elevation, it’s a great apartment complex.
