  Bruce was exceptional from start to finish. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, and Bruce was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive every step of the way. He took the time to explain the process, advocate for our best interests, and make sure we felt confident in every decision. What could have been an overwhelming experience turned into an exciting and smooth journey because of his guidance. We are truly grateful for his professionalism, integrity, and dedication, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us buy our first home.

  Bruce was the best. We were first time home buyers and he made the entire process so easy to digest and most importantly he helped us understand the ins and outs of the process.   Bruce is amazing! I cannot recommend him more. I bought my first house with him in 06/2021 in Phoenix. It was an extremely stressful sellers' market during then, and he provided me with a lot of guidance. He was extremely responsive, helpful, and has fantastic work ethics. I was in another state, and he helped me virtually tour 30+ homes to find the perfect house I was looking for. My criteria was - safe neighborhood, moderately sized, no pool in backyard, no HOA, good school district for good resell, single story for resell, close to my school, etc. He helped me put in around 3 offers, and my last offer was accepted. At this point, I was still stressed, because we had to go over asking by a good amount and I was scared by that. He helped me navigate the repair negotiation process, and I came out knocking the price down by a little bit. When I moved in, he even came by to show me how to paint my walls, as my move-in gift. It was an exceptional experience working with Bruce, also because at that time I had no one in my personal life helping me with buying my first home. I lived in the house for three years until I graduated school, and now my house is being rented out, giving me passive income. Bruce goes above and beyond for his clients, and he excels at building long-term relationships with his clients. He came to say hi every Christmas after I moved in. He even served as an objective counsel for me when I was in the process of buying a second house in a different state. He has been as responsive as usual, even when I am not actively paying him. I will have no doubt hiring Bruce when I eventually sell my home in Phoenix!! When I started the process in 2021 for buying my first home, I also screened out an agent at redfin. I remember she was not responsive and not very helpful. This experience made me realize that not every agent is as amazing as Bruce, and buyers def should shop around for agents to find the perfect fit for yourselves!

  Bruce is a great real estate agent! He always walks us through everything, is very knowledgeable about current market trends, has a good eye for issues during walkthroughs, is very good at communication, and always arrives on time to appointments. We've already bought three properties with Bruce and will be using him for our future buying and selling of real estate. My wife Kelly and I would definitely recommend him!
