  This place is gorgeous. Natalie is an absolute angel she went above and beyond for me and my family. I have never felt more welcomed in an apartment leasing office. Everyone is dressed professionally and the space is very desirable and clean. Thanks AIYA excited to be here

  I called in looking to assista friend who was looking to lease but works crazy hours. I was able to speak with Natalie and it was the most pleasant conversation. She was so helpful. I really believe my friend would be happy to at this location if all the staff is as friendly as Natalie!

  Working with Natalie was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire leasing process. She went above and beyond to answer our questions, guide us through everything, and make sure we felt confident and excited about our new home. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. We are so grateful for her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth and positive apartment experience!

  I had a wonderful experience visiting Aiya apartment community. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Natalie was exceptional in assisting me with the property tour she was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood every detail, which made the experience smooth and stress free. Her hospitality and positive attitude truly stood out, and she is a great representative of the community. I left feeling confident and excited about the possibility of making this my new home, and I look forward to returning soon to move forward with the move in process. I highly recommend asking for Natalie if you are considering this property.

  I have had the pleasure of visiting the Aiya luxury apartments in AZ while passing through looking to move from a different state and this place was giving me awesome vibes the team was wonderful especially Natalie she was extremely gracious and helpful and very thorough from showing me the complex and the many amenities to knowing the attractions around town she was very detailed and I loved that because sometimes these places don’t care about the “full experience” and Natalie definitely did!!! This place is top on my list and I would highly recommend the Aiya and make sure you ask for Ms Natalie!
