  The entire team at Elevation, from management to the very outstanding leasing consultant, and every single member of the maintenance and grounds team that makes the place run and function really makes this property feel like home. As longtime residents we have seen the difference they make on this place each and every day. Thank you all.

  We absolutely love it here. The apartment itself is great, but the staff is what truly makes this place special. A big thank you to Kristina. She is so wonderful and always goes the extra mile to make sure your living experience is everything you were promised and more. I can’t say enough good things about her. It’s rare to find a manager like her. I also want to shout out Gracie and Mari. They’re amazing too. Everyone here is so personable and genuinely wants to help in any way they can to keep you happy and comfortable. Thank you, San Tan staff. We really do love it here and have you to thank!

  My husband and I moved into Elevation San Tan this past February, and we have been very happy! We love the convenient location to shops & restaurants. My biggest green flag here is the staff- from management to leasing to maintenance, everyone is so kind, helpful and here for your needs, everything is addressed quickly. Our renewal is happening soon & we are excited to continue living here, I recommend touring this community and calling it home. Thank you!!

  Tours only given based on previously-scheduled appts. It's so sad to see how these property management companies want to reduce headcount by placing another burden on potential renters. Sorry that we have to work M-F but you can't have enough workers in your empty offices during the weekend. Pleased to take my business elsewhere!
