  The office staff has had its up and downs, but overall has been a satisfying experience, as for The maintenance team, they have been amazing so far especially the guys Anthony and Chris. Always respectful and accommodating, keep up the great work guys.

  Maintenance is very good and always fixes whatever needed although it can take a few days. Management is terrible! Made us get rid of our dogs and almost towed my car even though my plates were up to date. They are always harassing with letters and fake complaints. They won’t even let my family visit because their trucks are not pretty enough. I liked this place but they are insufferable and always have this confrontational attitude.

  Pay too much for laminate flooring painted bath tubs and dumpsters always full with furniture pay for cam fees and the property doesn’t have any on sight if we are a part of the HOV Community how come we never get notified about any events that happened at the park across the street always have random cars coming and going a lot of company vehicles that are too big and should stay at work. Nobody picks up after their dogs unless they’re told too over their text messages. Always have kids throwing rocks in the street and sidewalks. The barbecue grills are never clean anytime that there is a noise complaint. Nothing gets taken care of security shows up when they want. I would never renew a lease after my first year experience. The tubs in our bathroom are peeling because they’ve been painted If I’m paying almost $2000 a month, I would expect after somebody moves out that everything gets replaced or cleaned as it should be I would rather rent a home a house I should say instead of an apartment I wouldn’t do this again

  I would strongly encourage prospective residents to thoroughly review all lease terms and consider alternative housing options before committing to this property. While the leasing process initially appeared straightforward, my experience living here was consistently disappointing. Throughout my residency, I encountered numerous unexpected and poorly explained fees that were not clearly disclosed upfront. These charges created ongoing frustration and made budgeting unpredictable. Even after vacating the unit, additional charges continued to appear months later without adequate clarification or supporting documentation. The living environment itself was also concerning. Noise disturbances were frequent, including loud arguments and screaming between neighboring residents at all hours, which significantly impacted my sense of safety and comfort. In addition, there were security issues on the property — my vehicle was vandalized during my tenancy, and management response felt minimal and dismissive. Property cleanliness was another major issue. Dog waste was consistently left throughout common areas and grassy spaces, suggesting a lack of enforcement of community rules and insufficient maintenance oversight. Overall, this property did not provide the safe, well-managed, or transparent living experience that was advertised. I would recommend that management prioritize clearer fee communication, improved security measures, and more consistent property upkeep to better support residents moving forward.

  The complex is nice but the apartments are outdated. I had multiple issues with our garbage disposal and instead of replacing it they just rest it and let it break again in a day or two after they were gone. They send out the intent to renew lease a day after the 60 day mark till the end of the lease forcing you to break the lease and ended up paying for an extra month I wasn’t even there for because they messed up and wouldn’t make it right. They ignored numerous complaints regarding noisy or fighting neighbors. They didn’t fix anything we put in for upon initial walk through and are now trying to charge us for those after we’ve moved out even though they were documented before move in. Aside from the location there are no redeeming qualities or features of this complex
