The landscaping is always well maintained throughout the year and we are grateful to be so close to the downtown area for the festivals. The highlight of the community is our wonderful Community Manager, Mickey. She is such a genuine and kind person who deeply cares about the residents and the community!

The location is awesome and very walkable (can walk to the Fountain Park and down Ave of the Fountains), the community is quiet and the layout of our unit is perfect. The maintenance and leasing staff are also great! Mickey does a great job of welcoming everyone to the community and is always very helpful and responsive whenever we have any questions!
