Asked us where we wanted to put the home and when we answered with California he knew right away that he only had one model that would fit California standards. - RGRay GauldingJun 20, 20253.0They didn't get us the model that we told them multiple times we wanted to upgrade to. They also didn't let us know about the known problems with the model we ended up getting till after signing a contract. But that's partly our fault for not making sure they were giving us what we asked for before signing. Overall we still got a home so it's not the worst just definitely didn't meet expectations. Otherwise the process was fairly easy and the sales people were very friendly. Just double check your contract before signing the closing agreement. I'd still recommend them with the warning to double check what your buying.
