I had looked at many homes in the past and about six Builders and Pulte stands for above all of the rest. The quality of this home is unsurpassed. I bought a home much bigger than I need because I love the floor plan, quality and upgrades: Stacked stone backsplash, Cafe bar with upper and lower cabinets, three pendant lights, recessed lighting, ceiling fans in every room and outside, Paver Driveway, Tile walk-in master shower and step down and seat with rain shower head, the entire house is painted SWAgreeable gray, window coverings everywhere, beautiful tile.
The architecture and thoughtfulness regarding space and storage is unsurpassed. All of the other builders didn’t offer drawers and medicine cabinets in the bathrooms. Also a tankless water heater, Upgraded Appliances…
The entire process of buying my home with Pulte was very pleasant. Everyone was professional. Natasha was amazing in the office at answering all my questions and being there the whole way. Joe helped a lot with the backup.
David, my construction manager, was phenomenal. He informed me of the operation of my home’s systems and explained everything in detail—things that were beyond my understanding. He was very friendly and very available, and he went beyond the call of duty. He even helped me with service technicians before I could be there. He let Cox Cable in and also showed up to let SonTanWater Solutions in to hook up my water, and then he locked the door again. He has been very helpful, and his friendly attitude and willingness to help me with anything I needed gave me such peace of mind.
The lending process had a wonderful team that worked together: from Brady to Juliana and Diana, they worked together to get my loan approved in a timely fashion. I got approved, signed at Title that day, and my key was released the very next day by noon—it was amazing.
They worked well together with this time crunch. I’m grateful for this team. They were very personable and professional. I love my Pulte home!

I have walked Starlight, Lennar, DR Horton and Meritage homes prior to purchasing my Pulte home. These ones are a cut above the rest. The best way I can describe these homes is an early 2000’s quality home with a build date of 24’ or 25’. They just didn’t skimp in the same areas that other builders are at this time. Here are a few things I noticed: traditional can lights instead of the flush mount LED (more consumer friendly to replace bulbs if needed), Milgard windows instead of Avanti, name brand everything down to the faucets and locks (Moen, Schlage, etc), these homes come painted in something other than flat builder white such as SW Agreeable Grey or SW Repose Grey, mine also came with a brand new hard wired Ring camera doorbell. This community in particular has excellent CM’s that will go above and beyond to make sure your house gets treated right and completed to your satisfaction prior to close. I worked with two CM’s, but the one that closed my home was Josh Yeager. If you see his name on the window sticker of your new home indicating he was the CM on the project trust me when I say you will have no worries. He’s incredible at what he does and will take great care of you. He stands by what he says and showed me this a several times even after my home already closed. Don’t hesitate to buy here, beautiful homes at a great price.
