  Kim is one of the most caring, educated and knowledgable agents I have ever worked with! She is never pushy and always wants what’s best for her clients and has proven she will spend the time to get the client what they want and is best for them. She is honest, patient and will never push a person into something. She stays super knowledgable on the industry, trends and I count on her for all of that!

  I was an out of state buyer purchasing a new primary residence in Flagstaff, AZ. I worked with Wayne and Kim at Realty Executives of Northern Arizona and they facilitated the smoothest home buying experience I have ever had! Wayne came recommended by a family friend who lives in Phoenix, and now I see why! When I briefly popped through town, Kim drove me around to different neighborhoods all afternoon to discuss each unique neighborhood’s character, pros/cons, and typical property ages and styles. A house dropped into my desired price range after I had already left town. I lived 8 hours away in San Diego, so returning to Flagstaff was not exactly quick or convenient. Kim facilitated a thorough FaceTime tour for me, working with my schedule where I often travel out of cell phone service. I flew out for the inspection in person, but mostly it was Kim going to the property for me. She and Wayne called numerous contractors to get quotes for repairing some of the items found in the inspection so we could request some compensation from the seller. She corresponded with the seller to get my many questions about the house answered and provide me with the right utility contacts (not the most straightforward in a more rural area) to get me set up for service moving forward. They kept me informed every step of the way and explained contract terms when I had questions. I would highly recommend Wayne and Kim of Realty Executives of Northern Arizona for your home buying and selling needs in the Flagstaff area!
