  I love this place so much! I feels like a resort here🥰. Everyone is so friendly, there is no crime or worries here.

  I currently live here, it is a very nice place. Well taken care of and maintained. Anything that breaks in my unit or the complex they fix it almost immediately. Chris in the office has been very Helpful and nice, and maintenance has been more than willing to help with any issues

  I am expecting to move here soon. Chris has been amazing with showing me the property and communicating with me. I have only met Chris I can only imagine everything he has to do but he has been communicating and being very helpful. The property is nice and clean.

  where do i start, this place is a joke, its not gated the gates have been broken for about a month, everytime it rains our living room get wet because the aracdia door leaks, people smoking pot every night to where we cannot have our windows open to enjoy the fresh air because it smells like pot and we have a newborn baby, they have dog park but no doggie door, people are shooting off fireworks all hours of the night and its not even 4th of July or new years makes my dog scared to death, for some reason i thought living out west would be nicer but i was happier in ghettoville. I can only say to the other reviews is that obviously you got lucky with your neighbors, unfortunately I cannot say that, our neighbors are loud and kids screaming all the time, maybe living right in front of the parking lot has a lot to do with all the pot smelling we get
