  I’ve been a resident since July 2023 and I’m actually surprised by how many low stars & ratings there are. I moved in when this community was still under construction, I’ve had more positive experiences than bad for sure. The office & maintenance staff has always been very professional, helpful and respectful with me. The community is well taken care of & maintained. The maintenance is super quick on getting any issues resolved. The rent is very comparable to any other similar places in the market. Yeah, you do hear the train and jets overhead but that’s a matter of having common sense & realizing that the area you’re living in has certain things you should make yourself aware of before moving in. The dog park is great, I’ve enjoyed my time living here. Awhile ago I had some nuisance with disrespectful kids ding dong ditching & kicking my door repeatedly, but that’s certainly not the fault of the community staff. I expressed my concerns & frustrations and it did get taken care of. I’d highly recommend looking at places yourself, going to speak with the staff before basing your move in decision anywhere, simply based off of reviews. Everyone has an opinion and are entitled to it. Thank you Avilla Grand for being more than accommodating, helpful, understanding and friendly since I’ve been here.

  I love living here, my husband and I have been here for a little longer than a year. Having so much flexibility in the beginning with our lease term helped and it’s made it obvious we will be renewing our lease here. Office staff has always been kind and understanding, Chris especially will take his time to help which is very much appreciated. We love the amenities the spa in the winter is a game changer and having access to grills makes those steak dinners 10x better. Not to mention the units themselves are beautiful.   Have really enjoyed living here staff and neighbors are nice. We enjoy the private back yards and amenities.

  Moving here from Chicago was the best decision my wife and I made. Spacious, comfortable and maintenance is responsive and respectful of our home. The pool of great and the spa is heavenly after a ten hour shift!!! We hope to continue growing and thriving here!!
