  The maintenance and management personnel were great when my freezer went on the blink. Their repair attempts were appreciated and the replacement of my refrigerator freezer was professional and flawless! Well done everyone! And thank you!

  Ok, This place is super nice. We love being here! We are not used to living the apartment life, as it has been many years,but I have to say, this complex is unique. The vibe alone is appealing, people are happy and actually nice. Our neighbors here actually use the clubhouse, bbq grills, the lounging BBQ areas, the pool, the fitness center. The energy here is awesome!!!! Maintenance crew is friendly, office staff is friendly and appear to be actually happy. Our place is really nice, comfy, convenient, upgrades Galore, LOTS OF STORAGE, conveniently located, and we love walking our dogs around and visiting the dog park. I love it when people gather at the pool and play music, it reminds me that there are happy people still enjoying life. Zero regrets moving here. ZERO!!! ......Also......love love being close to old town, the state park, Jerome, wine country, Sedona, and Prescott. We would highly recommend.

  Deb in leasing was kind, informative, and full of good/excited energy during my tour of Inspiration! I also noticed while touring that the upkeep/cleaning of the property itself was taken seriously and the cleaning crew was very kind and accommodating as we toured spaces they were currently cleaning.
