- TNTerri NoppDec 3, 20251.0Having bought a place in Pine Shadows, we eventually sold it and bought a nice place in the On The Greens community. We recently sold this home and have had nothing but issues with the current office staff. We were first lied to by McKenzie who verbally berated us due to some perceived lack of process, which was finally discovered to be the mistake of On The Greens. They billed us, told us we were responsible for all future monthly dues until the situation with the new owner was resolved. We discovered that the new owner also paid the same dues we were charged. We had to follow up with McKenzie, as did both realtors, and she finally agreed to a refund. It's been about a month and still no refund for over $900. We've had to constantly reach out to her and due to her rudeness, it looks like we'll need to file a claim against them. It's really sad when such an incompetent staffer affects the reputation of a community like On The Greens.
