The loan company that works with Oakwood Homes, Nest Home Lending, is extremely helpful and they all go out of their way to help you understand everything that goes on during the process. Blair was our new home counselor and both my girlfriend and I are very happy with how helpful and professional she is! Blair went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable with every part of the process, from day 1 she was texting and emailing us letting us know that if we needed anything that she was there to help and keeping us updated with everything that needed to be done to keep the process smoothly going until our close date. Even after closing she has been keeping up with my girlfriend to see how we are liking things and letting us know that everyone from Oakwood is still here to help us with any kind of questions we may have, it’s great to know that they are all still there to help even after our closing! Jamie, Ben, and Mitch were are the construction managers and I couldn’t say enough about them 3 seriously! If there was something we didn’t like they right away corrected the problem without hesitation, they really made it feel like they work for you. They were all amazing and are the reason we are so happy with how great our new home came to be! The location our home sits at is amazing! Views of the surrounding mountains and the open fields that are around Coolidge are a great reason to consider moving to the suburbs.
