Buying from a far can be stressful, but Crystal made the entire process smooth and straightforward, keeping us informed at every step. She's truly amazing to work with! Communication was clear, timely and reassuring. We felt confident in the process, and the home is beautiful, exactly what we wanted and hoped for. We're truly blessed with this team (Crystal, Ben, Mike, Edwin and closing manager, Valerie). They honored their commitments.
