  Crystal is by far the kindest, the most genuinely concerned, caring, professional business person that I’ve ever met! She FOLLOWS THROUGH!!! She checks on you WELL AFTER closing! She honest! She’s rare because you just don’t find people like Crystal who KNOWS and UNDERSTANDS what customer service is and what it should look like! Please understand Oakwood, to have someone like Crystal on your team is in its self a BLESSING! KEEP HER!!!

  Buying our new home was a great experience from start to finish. Crystal is amazing and made the process smooth.She answered all of our questions and was top of everything . We felt supported and informed at every step, and all our questions were answered clearly. The home itself met our expectations and more, and we’re very happy with the quality and attention to detail. Overall, it was a positive and exciting experience, and we’re thrilled to start this new chapter with our family . Thank you Oakwood for making this an outstanding experience !

  Buying our first home was one of the biggest decisions of our lives, and Crystal made the entire experience exceptional from start to finish. What truly set her apart happened the day after (12/26/24) Christmas—while many others dismissed us because of the holiday season, Crystal spent hours with us, patiently answering every single question and making sure we fully understood the process. We never felt rushed or like an inconvenience; instead, we felt genuinely valued. We originally came to Cross Creek for a different builder, but they did not have anyone in their office. We then stopped by Oakwood, where we met Crystal and Ben. Crystal spent hours with us, and it was immediately clear that she truly appreciated and respected her buyers. Her professionalism, knowledge, and sincerity made us feel completely comfortable, and we confidently decided to move forward with Oakwood because of the customer service provided by Crystal. Throughout the entire process, Crystal went above and beyond. She sent weekly email updates, kept us informed every step of the way, and was always available whenever we needed her. Her communication, dedication, and care gave us peace of mind during what could have been a very overwhelming experience. Crystal and her team have become family.
