  Claudia was absolutely rude, she came out her office slamming the door, and she followed up,with I was on the phone. Basically making us feel we interrupted her phone call, the ugliest jugemental customer service attitude. We immediately left and wouldn't be caught dead buying NOT financing our home here. Claudia can keep it, she's probably living in one of the models anyway. Of course your interpretation is different because you’re the one responding to my review. You’re absolutely rude and shouldn’t not work in customer service or management for that matter. The young lady before you was a gem you “Cruella”, train her better so she doesn’t have to bother you from sitting on your butt all day. You kept asking us why we didn’t want a manufacture home over and over like 2 year old. You came out with an attitude and you can go back to your model trailer with your attitude. Oakwood Property find a better manager.

  We are working with Lauren on a 2x2. So far, everything has been great! She is friendly and professional. Really wants to help everyone to get the home they want.

  We gave 1000.00 down for escrow. When we decided not to go thru with the purchase because I did not have a job. We called the salesman. This was three weeks ago and we have not received our refund. My husband called the sales person and he said that he called Yavapai Title company with a follow up call and told my husband we should receive our refund. My husband asked which Yavapai Title the check was given to and he said he did not know. My experience with mortgage sales is he would know because he should know the escrow officer that is handling the account. We are very disappointed that this was not taken care of the day I called to let him know that we were not ready to purchase. We have decided that when we are ready it will not be with this company.
