  Claudia was absolutely rude, she came out her office slamming the door, and she followed up,with I was on the phone. Basically making us feel we interrupted her phone call, the ugliest jugemental customer service attitude. We immediately left and wouldn't be caught dead buying NOT financing our home here. Claudia can keep it, she's probably living in one of the models anyway. Of course your interpretation is different because you’re the one responding to my review. You’re absolutely rude and shouldn’t not work in customer service or management for that matter. The young lady before you was a gem you “Cruella”, train her better so she doesn’t have to bother you from sitting on your butt all day. You kept asking us why we didn’t want a manufacture home over and over like 2 year old. You came out with an attitude and you can go back to your model trailer with your attitude. Oakwood Property find a better manager.

  It has taken right at one year. We are finally in our home but one year later all the mishaps and the redoing of contracts and changing of title companies was a pain in my head and now that we’re in Jay saying he thought we were coming next month, but then he got caught in a lie because, they’re supposed to be fixed and it’s not fixed and he told us he didn’t wanna walk in on us is not so bad just caught in a lie. His wife on the other hand is another hob beast. If you have to come to Clayton just know it’s gonna take you a whole year before you’re home and a ton of headachesbecause I have my house now when I tell you that I had a beautiful front porch built the back porch was supposed to be the exact same but a little bigger but they made the executive decision to make my back porch cement and I absolutely hate it. It looks smaller than the porch in the front they own the home the one paying for the house. again, I’m stating we’re in the house officially and I still work not done for one. The shower. I don’t know what’s wrong with it, but it’s retaining water and seeping back into the wall no telling how much damage that’s gonna cause my lights are still not recessed there’s tax in my carpet that my feet every time I walk, my air condition is at 85°. I just wish they would come incomplete so they can be gone off my property for good… this is just an update. The ring doorbell still doesn’t work so I’ve had a lot of workers coming out to my house to complete things that have left because they thought we weren’t home. None of these items have been fixed to date i’ve been in the home two weeks now my water is still building up in my shower and leaking into the wall. It’s gonna cause huge damage in my kitchen. Those dangerous items are still in my yard. I have not let my little guy out to play a piece of house hanging that hasn’t been fixed from the roof, my doorbell ring system is still not installed like Jay said it would be there still in my carpet going into my kitchen that we continue to step on the door. My bathroom door still doesn’t close. The tube there on the back of my toilet is still loose and possibly leaking water at this point we were told to call the house manufacturer. I don’t know why Jay and his team put the house together here on our property. We called the manufacturer and we still have not heard back. I think they’re trying to run their time down so they don’t have to fix these things Jay and Claudia completely forgot about us once they got their money they were done. yet another issue and I’m only here less than three weeks. I have to call the company and not Oakwood who set the house up. So just a recap, my shower overflows there’s a piece of wood hanging off my roof. That should be attached. My dishwasher is broken. My refrigerator is leaking. My air condition is hot. My shower door which is glass is not set right it’s gonna fall off and break and again I’m supposed to contact to get this fixed or answering my emails or phone calls Frigidaire does not come or they send someone and they say they can’t find the house because my address is not registered and then they cancel the call. This has been one nightmare after the next thank you Oakwood

  Claudia and Jay are consummate professionals. Before finding Oakwood homes we shopped several distributors in the Phoenix area. In most cases we were happy with those sales representatives. However our experience at Oakwood Homes far exceeded our previous experiences. Claudia and Jay know all aspects Trump of the business, from land preparation to infrastructure development. Our project is off grid, so at our first meeting with Jay, on our land, he had a solar contractor and a general contractor present to answer questions about layout and approximate costs. With many years experience it is unlikely that you can ask a question that they haven't dealt with previously. One other huge plus; they remain involve every step of the way.

  I went to Oakwood to get information on homes they had to offer and compare with other companies I had obtained information from. By far my experience working with Joyce Kolb was pleasant, reassuring, educational and by far a positive. Not a hard sell but an education experience.
