  As soon as I entered the foyer, I was greeted kindly, friendly, and approachable. My showing was incredible I got to see all amenities all sizes of apartments, which was awesome. Not only was this place incredibly immaculate the workers were positively the best outgoing, kind, respectful Knowledgeable people. Thank you I believe her name was Erika great manger I’ve seen ever!

  i really enjoyed my experience here - great property - good location w options of things to eat and shop close by - great customer service on site w Rhayana and Lizbeth, very helpful - my first apt so i had a lot of questions and great experience overall - pretty, clean, modern - checked all of my boxes

  Firstly…nice try plaza Taos management. Your attempts to use fake accounts to post reviews in a desperate attempt to boost overall ratings of this place really sums up the complex. I have lived here for 8-9 months and feel utterly conned. They try so very desperately to lay the property as a “luxury property”. Let me break this down for you. Staff: -When you enter the complex, you will be met by very fake staff members who tries desperately to navigate you around the complex on your tour, carefully avoiding the violent residents, abandoned cars, overflowing trash, broken amenities and more. Staff will always stab you in the back, often speaking Spanish to hide their slurs and mean comments towards residents along with doing anything to get you to sign a lease. I’m Latino, and it makes me sick to see such vile language used towards other residents…. Staff are difficult, with a lot of prior staff leaving due to management issues. Units: Units are falling apart. Do not be fooled by the images or model apartment. Floors are cracking, bathroom items break frequently, cabinets are not properly assembled, units are musty and don’t flow air very well. Walls are incredibly thin, so much so you can hear anything and everything your neighbors do. Safety: Police are in and out all the time. Often the complex tries to tell you it’s part of a safety program, however, numerous violent arrests, stand offs, crime scenes, drunk residents, domestics, DUIs, suicides, and overdoses have been spotted by many residents and can be discovered on online crime data. At night, it doesn’t feel safe, I don’t feel confident walking my dog at night due to individuals loitering, multiple cars entering the complex that don’t reside here and more. Fire department are often on site to pick up my drunk neighbor AGAIN…. The gates to the complex frequently break, often taking hours or days for the staff to address. Pedestrian gates don’t close properly, causing additional safety concerns. Drugs: Drugs are EVERYWHERE on this complex and it’s not just weed. The complex are aware of the issue and fail to do anything about it. Many residents also smoke around their units, with just 3 nights ago, 4 residents were smoking cigarettes on site while I was walking my dog Pets: Dogs are an issue. The pet park is disgusting, never maintained or kept up with. Multiple aggressive pitbulls are on site that are not addressed or permitted dogs on the complex One pitbull has heavy chains around its neck as it walks, often a common sign of dog fighting training. Multiple pet owners allow their dogs to roam off leash with no care in the world. Dog feces is everywhere Trash: Trash piles up daily in the complex, with flies infesting the general area where the trash sits. The trash dumpsters are rarely cleaned, causing a vile stench in the general area of the dumpsters. Swimming pool: Swimming pool area is poorly kept. With lots of food, trash and more left for days. Cabanas and chairs are damaged, stained and not maintained. More recently, people that don’t live in the complex frequently jump the fence and use the pool. Reckless driving: Residents and staff members drive like idiots on this complex, with excessive speeds being reached in areas where children live. Resident events: Unlike the fake reviews below, there are little to no resident events that occur, with only 2 known events in almost 12 months. Most of which are a failure. Residents have lost faith in the office that’s meant to lead this place, and so with that, their attendance is low. Maintenance: The complex and its overall condition really shows and evaluates maintenance here. You don’t need to walk round much to see neglected and tired elements of this complex. I will leave you with three images. The one image is of a large pile of dog feces that was left all day on the floor. Other images are of the trash that piles up and then the final images is of the disgusting pool cabanas.

  He tenido una muy buena experiencia viviendo en este complejo. El lugar siempre se mantiene limpio y bien cuidado, y el ambiente es tranquilo y agradable. La oficina Lizbeth y Rhayana son muy amable y siempre está dispuesta a ayudar cuando surge alguna pregunta o situación. El mantenimiento responde rápido cuando se necesita y eso hace una gran diferencia. También me gusta mucho la ubicación, porque todo queda relativamente cerca. En general, es un excelente lugar para vivir y definitivamente lo recomendaría a otras personas.

  I thought the property was very nice & inviting, and I enjoyed my tour here. The leasing office, specifically Rhayana & Lizbeth, was able to answer all of my questions and seemed very knowledgable about the property. I’m currently no longer in the position to lease, but Plaza would definitely be an option in the future.
