  We have to pay for services that we aren't able to use and there's never any parking past 3pm. The maintenance team is great though and are always very friendly and polite considering how much we have to place calls to them.

  We recently toured Stone Oak in Chandler for my daughter, and we were very impressed! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities looked great, and the layout of the apartments felt spacious and thoughtfully designed. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions, which made the experience even better. It definitely feels like a safe and comfortable place to call home. We’re excited about the possibility of my daughter living here and would highly recommend touring this community if you’re looking in the area!

  I’ve had such a great experience here! The property is absolutely beautiful and always feels clean and well taken care of. The entire staff has been incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued. I’m so happy to call this place home!
