  Luxe @ Castillo is a great place to live, and the property is always clean and well maintained. Christine does an excellent job keeping everything in top shape, and her attention to detail really shows. It makes the whole community feel cared for and welcoming.

  Christine is incredibly efficient, reliable, and professional in her maintenance role. She gets the job done quickly and correctly, always follows through, and keeps residents informed. On top of that, she’s friendly, respectful, and truly cares about helping people, which makes her customer service stand out. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make residents feel comfortable and confident they’re in good hands.

  I had an amazing experience at Luxe @ Ocotillo! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, clean, and relaxing, which really set the tone for a great visit. I especially want to highlight Christine, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even better—she took the time to answer my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and seems she genuinely cared about keeping the place well kept.I highly recommend Luxe @ Ocotillo to anyone looking for a place that values both quality and customer care, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

  The property is clean and well kept. The whole staff is amazing. Especially Christine with the maintenance crew. She always has a smile and willing to assist and help with any concerns.

  As a vendor and partner for Luxe at Ocotillo, I can honestly say that the team truly cares about the living experience of their residents. The property continues to see thoughtful improvements that enhance both safety and comfort. Additional lighting has been installed to keep the community bright and safe at night, and amenities are regularly being upgraded. The maintenance team is proactive in ensuring features like the pool umbrellas are operating properly, and the common areas have been refreshed with upgraded fans and TVs to create a more modern and appealing environment for residents.
