Moved in Feb 2025 and couldn’t be happier! Safe, gated, and always clean. Love my built-in dog door and patio with artificial grass. Management is friendly, responsive, and parking is never a problem. Truly feels like home!

Beautiful and safe property with absolutely wonderful management and staff. The community is in a great area and the units are very nice and well maintained. The office is very quick to respond and help with any issues or maintenance requests. It is obvious that Tonya truly cares about the residents. Everyone I have worked with has been great. Cannot say enough good things about this property!

My experience with the transition from Bryten to Pillar has truly been a nightmare, and I’m just counting down the days until I’m completely done with this place. I’m sure Tonya, the manager, will respond saying she’s worked hard to remediate the issues, but the reality is that I’ve dealt with an endless series of frustrating problems. One of the first major issues I ran into was with my SRP bill. Someone else accidentally put my unit number instead of their own, which led to my unit not being paid on. I recognized this mistake after receiving a letter notice. Because of this mistake, I was backlogged despite making previously timely payments. When I brought it up, I was told it was my responsibility to handle it with SRP. SRP was shocked that the property management had missed this mistake in their system too because it was months of no payments for my unit. My refrigerator had died twice, and I had to manage the situation myself, especially the second time when I was out of town for over a week. The first time I contacted the maintenance person and received no response. Turns out there’s other unit have this same issue! The miscommunication between management and their assistant has been nothing short of terrible. After speaking with them, I was told I “misinterpreted” the information, but I specifically asked if I had until December to renew my lease. I was assured that I did, and I followed up multiple times, only to be blamed for misinterpreting things. I was told I just needed to refer to my lease, which was nearly impossible after dealing with a family death and trying to gather myself. I was also told that if I wanted to extend my lease, I should notify them by a certain date. However, because I was in the process of buying a home, I was torn and didn’t know how everything would line up. I went back and forth, and notified them of my intent to extend if possible before the identified date, but then they rented out my unit. The person who moved insisted they wanted my specific duplex because it had a larger backyard. While I appreciate the effort to try and accommodate the new tenant, the whole situation just added to the chaos. Recently, after thinking I had paid off everything and wouldn’t owe anything further, I’ve been notified of additional balances, which has only added to my frustration. The lack of clear communication and constant miscommunication has been unbearable, and I’m honestly relieved to be almost finished here.
