The office is very quick to respond and help with any issues or maintenance requests. It is obvious that Tonya truly cares about the residents. Everyone I have worked with has been great. Cannot say enough good things about this property!

The only bad review I’ve read thus far on this new community seems to be confusion by the applicant on the application and move in process. I personally had an awesome application process, move in was fast and smooth. The community is coming along great, my home is beautiful. Kadie, is the primary office gal, who has helped me from tour to move in, and she is absolutely so kind! If you’re looking for a brand new home in Chandler I 10/10 recommend the community. Cherry on top is that the location is great too!
