- RMRobin MFeb 24, 20265.0I can’t say enough about The Village of Chandler…I moved my brother there without a second thought to be closer to family He was one of the first to move in and he absolutely loved living there! From the beautiful grounds to the wonderful caring folks onsite to handle all things a came up. From the ease of automation to the trash pick up if needed. All and any calls/emails were answered and addressed if needed quickly. The neighbors are kind and friendly. It’s a great location and quiet when needed.

It’s a quiet safe community, I have absolutely loved living here for the past 9 months! it definitely feels more like a home and less like an apartment which is truly what I love so much. The only bad review I’ve read thus far on this new community seems to be confusion by the applicant on the application and move in process. I personally had an awesome application process, move in was fast and smooth. The community is coming along great, my home is beautiful. Kadie, is the primary office gal, who has helped me from tour to move in, and she is absolutely so kind! If you’re looking for a brand new home in Chandler I 10/10 recommend the community. Cherry on top is that the location is great too!
