I’m sharing my honest experience, as the complex doesn’t quite match the glowing reviews.
Smoke-Free Facility Not Enforced:
Despite being smoke-free, there are apartments that consistently smell of weed, and management does little to address it.
Reckless Driving and Speeding:
There’s a persistent issue with speeding within the complex. Even though I live in the southwest corner, I still notice reckless driving whenever I check my mailbox, creating safety concerns.
Noise and Enforcement Issues:
Loud music from neighbors (multiple apartments) during the day and night is a frequent problem, and despite multiple complaints, the office hasn’t effectively addressed it.
Trash, Garbage, and General Cleanliness:
The garbage bin is constantly overflowing, and neighbors keep their trash cans outside all day long, making the community look messy and poorly maintained. Also, there’s no landscapers ever to clean the property. It’s always extremely dusty.
Maintenance and Cleanliness:
Maintenance service is inconsistent and often unprofessional. Good staff members have been let go (Anthony, Dionne, Mike, Brian, Julio are no longer there), and the current maintenance supervisor is often unapproachable. Additionally, one of the managers who walks the property does not greet residents, which feels unwelcoming and adds to the overall negative experience.
Safety and Cleanliness Concerns:
The complex lacks proper security, and one of the gates is frequently broken. There’s also a pervasive issue with dog waste and poor cleanliness in the dog park, making it unpleasant.
Overall Management:
While the complex has potential, the management is lacking. They don’t consistently enforce rules or address tenant concerns, and once you move in, it feels like they no longer care. This is not the place you picture during the initial tour.
In summary, this is not the five-star experience that some reviews suggest. I hope management takes these issues seriously moving forward.
