  HIGHLY UNSAFE SAFETY CONCERNS I would strongly caution prospective tenants to consider safety and how management handles harassment complaints. I reported repeated issues involving another tenant and provided video evidence of a parking-lot incident where my vehicle was intentionally blocked in and a confrontation occurred where another tenant got out of his vehicle and aggressively approached me and my wife. Despite reporting this promptly, management treated the situation as mutual fault rather than addressing the safety concerns raised. They sent me a 10 day notice for breach of lease bc according to the apartment Defending urself, ur wife and belongings is not allowed at this property! As a result, I am now pursuing resolution through the court system. I encourage anyone considering this property to carefully evaluate how tenant safety concerns are handled. UNSAFE PROPERTIES

  Hard to communicate with management. Took 3 days for my drain to get fixed. Roommates car got towed, they said "obstructing drive way", which we pay for that driveway/ garage. Did not reimburse for cost he paid to get car back. Lastly they tried to add additional rent/bill fees at move out cost that had already been paid prior to move out.

  Stopped at Stone Oaks today (total ambush, no appointment, no call, just showed up). Colton Hove could not have been more welcoming or accommodating! Colton asked me what I was looking for in an apartment, and made it clear that my Princess List of Must Haves actually helped him pinpoint the best unit for me. I'm really looking forward to calling Stone Oaks home, and Colton's excellence in customer service definitely cemented that decision for me.

  I was a loyal tenant for 2 years and no issues. Until I had a neighbor who moved in and brought bedbugs to the entire floor. Myself and my friends down the hall both started getting bedbugs all over our apartment and the property manager said it was an isolated incident and refused to offer any assistance with pest control. I have NEVER seen tenants treated like such garbage. Bugs got so bad I had to throw out furniture and move out. Took 6(!!!!) MONTHS to get my deposit back. Don’t waste your time here there are plenty of better apts in the area.
