Please note that I am not reviewing The San Palmas Apartment complex as I just took 10 min. tour of the facility. I was told that If I like the tour to go ahead and give a 5 out of 5 start about the person that gave me the tour. Just for the community members that are looking into this apartment complete please be cause of this types of reviews from people like me that just got a quick 10 minute tour and never lived in the apartment complex.

The management and maintenance teams are friendly, professional, and always quick to help. The whole community feels safe, peaceful, and very well kept. The only drawback is the rent, which feels higher compared to the actual space and amenities. On top of that, there are extra costs for common area usage and even a mandatory amazon/Fetch delivery fee that adds up unnecessarily. Overall, if you value great service, cleanliness, and a worry-free living experience, San Palamas Apartments is still a wonderful place to stay.
