i’ve lived here for about 4-5 months now and this is honestly the worst 1st apartment i could’ve chose. the first issue was them letting late fees build up on my rent and not calling me to let me know the payment hasn’t gone through so i had to pay ab 200$ extra then what i normally do. another issue was my floor having yellow chunky stains under the dishwasher, oven, and regular yellow stains on the floor. it looked like dog pee. i never noticed before moving in i had to have them have the maintenance man come get all the extra wax build up off of it. im pretty sure that should’ve already been done if im paying 1300$ for rent every month…. everytime an issue is brought up to these people it’s never taken care of.. i’ve seen this in multiple reviews. about a week or 2 ago i called the office and let them know about the sprinklers staining my car and having to go wash it multiple times a week so it doesn’t stain completely and they said it would get taken care of. a couple of days go by no change so i email one of the higher ups she said she understands how frustrating this is but yet it still wasn’t and hasn’t been taken care of. i even sent her a video when walking my dog to show her the sprinklers were wetting my whole parking spot and she said that they had already taken care of it. which clearly they didn’t. if you’re planning to move here just make sure you double check everything.

This apartment was a very good place to live for the year and a half that I did. I appreciate how helpful and friendly the staff always was. Especially Lupe he’s the best maintenance man I’ve ever experienced and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Tierra Pointe for being a great first apartment!

I inquired about an apartment a few days ago and had the opportunity to speak with MacKenzie. She was so informative and so thorough in making sure we were on the same page and answered all of the questions I had been worried about asking in the past. It is so refreshing these days to walk into a business and be met with such a professional and respectful associate. Based simply on my interactions with her it solidified my confidence in leasing with this complex.

I went into the leasing office again today to speak with Mackenzie regarding ongoing issues, and the interaction was extremely disappointing. She was not accommodating at all and maintained a very condescending and dismissive attitude throughout the conversation.
I was told that if I wanted to be present for a work order, I would need to leave work early or not be present at all, which is not a reasonable expectation. During the interaction, Mackenzie repeatedly made faces and displayed a demeanor that felt demeaning, and this occurred in front of other potential tenants, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Customer service and respectful communication are essential in property management, and unfortunately this experience fell far short of that standard. Corporate has yet to reach out to me.

This has been the worst rental experience I’ve had since new management took over.
Management repeatedly refused to accept my rent payment and allowed days to pass while additional fees piled up. I made multiple attempts to pay and went into the office for help, but my payment was still refused. When I spoke directly with management, the interaction was condescending and unhelpful, and the situation was not resolved.
There has also been mold in my apartment that has not been properly addressed since last year. Service requests have gone incomplete or unresolved, and at this point the issue is affecting my health. Despite multiple requests, the problems have not been properly handled I had to but mold killer myself.
I was also told that light bulb replacements cost $5 per bulb, which was surprising and added to the overall frustration with how basic maintenance is handled.
When I went into the office seeking help, I was not treated with respect by McKenzie or Tajesha. I documented these interactions and have videos and photos of the issues mentioned above.
I am at the end of my lease and will not be renting here again. I am requesting that corporate management reach out, as the on-site management has not handled these issues professionally or respectfully. As of today my rent is still accumulating despite me putting my paying into the drop box because they refuse to accept it from my hands.
