  Choosing the canopy of cottonwood was the best choice my wife and I have made! This place is so well kept and the amenities are amazing! The office staff is great! The maintenance crew is the best,they follow up on any issues! If your looking for a quiet and beautiful place to call home,this is THE BEST in casa grande! Don't waste your time and look at other places! The whole office staff is wonderful,but we deal with Ashley and she treats us like family!

  This community is very inviting. Laid out very well with little park areas throughout, pool, gym….I was shown around by Ashley who was able to answer all my questions. This was the only place that I have looked at that has an attached garage. Looking forward to moving in.

  Do not ever lease here. They are looking to charge you for everything and anything during move out even when you spent time cleaning and taking care of the apartment like it was your own home when you lived there. Today, I could not even get my final walk through statement and the maintenance man is like dealing with a used car salesman. Thankfully, I took pictures because I don't trust them. It is standard practice when you leave an apartment to receive that paperwork after your walk through with either the manager or maintenance. You take care of final settlement then; however, their policies leave room for them to do whatever they want. Obviously, they are struggling with this concept. Maintenance tried to charge me for things that were not true like baseboards that need to be painted but he couldn't show me where. Then, the office staff could not give me a final statement which again is standard procedure when vacating a property. I called their corporate office and they directed me back to the manager, Maria; however she is out of the office and her assistant manager sent us an email asking that we wait until she gets back next week. It is interesting that they request we show them some courtesy in getting this resolved, yet they can't do that in return. This apartment office is like dealing with a bank from the 1980s. They do whatever want on their timetable and if you ask for something like to finally close out so you can leave, they don't do it. They are looking for reasons to keep your deposit. Please keep in mind that there are many newer apartments going up in Casa Grande which are their competition. You think they would step it up, but managing a business is not their strength. My strong advice is that you find another complex to rent from.
