  Worst complex ever to live in. Currently They don’t give you any heat! It’s currently 58 degrees outside which means it’s definitely lower than 72 degrees inside but the thermostat never touches 72, which is the ONLY time you’re allowed to get heat! If you submit a work order, the office assistant will just close it without any research or work being done. So you freeze and would you believe the complex has solar panels!! They don’t tell you the thermostat is controlled by them until it’s too late. Also, the office doesn’t know how to review camera footage when your car is vandalized and they always have to submit a ticket for help. Of which the thicket NEVER gets resolved. Still waiting on something to be finished from MONTHS ago. DO NOT MOVE TO AGAVE. Good news is the newest maintenance man is the best. He cares for the kids that have NOTHING to do because the park is partial to toddlers and he got the big kids a basketball hoop. He cleans the ground better than any other ever has! Thank you Mr. Maintenance for you consideration for the tenants kids.

  if yall have seen my earlier review, saying how it’s literally impossible to get in contact with someone and they responded promising to handle it, i want you all to know it still hasn’t. if they would respond to emails or calls every once in a while i would feel so much differently. on top of this, residence here treat this place horribly. our neighbors throw their trash in front of our door. kids (as young as 5 without supervision) out playing on peoples PATIOS at 11PM and we barely sleep with noise from neighbors. I seriously…. would LOVE a response from management so i can feel better about this place.

  I would like to bring an emergent matter to the residents attention; this apartment and a shifty tow company have been preying on the community of Agave house. They have consistently towed the resident’s cars for illegal reasons. My car was towed while moving into my apartment. I was told it was because my car was parked backwards. I am filing a formal complaint with the attorney general as well as the BBB. This type of behavior is intentional and will not be tolerated. This is textbook preying on the less fortunate! After reporting the apartment complex. I will be filing a complaint against the tow company as well! I am appalled by these extreme actions and this type of behavior will not go unnoticed or unreported!

  It's been 2 MONTHS and they have not yet sent our deposit. This has been a on going issue people have been complaining about. They are unprofessional. The manager Jessica Basta has been promising check week after week for 2 months. She has no idea what's going on. I'm having to email people and call corporate just to get answers. This is ridiculous The apartment complex is unorganized and ghetto. No accountability and the front office can't tell you ANYTHING. We are beyond frustrated. This should be a law suit. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND
