  It's beautiful and the staff are extremely nice good people. We love the home we were given in our time of need, however make sure you read everything in their lease agreement before you hand over your money... This is a "smoke free" campus which is very unfortunate and was unknown to myself and not expressed to us until after we moved in. I feel lied to and now am uncomfortable in my own space. Yes it does apply for medicinal card holders as well.. If you don't smoke then sure it's a great place to be but if you do understand their expectations and that you can be evicted for violating this stupid policy which they should've told us before we signed papers.

  I did just move in not too long ago and I am very impressed. The area is perfect with a very nice view of the mountains. The apartment itself is very modern. The office is very big with a good size pool. The office attendants are very nice and helpful, and I would recommend living here if you’re into luxury apartments.

  Such a great and beautiful staff! The complex comes with so many amenities and it really feels like everyone is family.
