  If I could give more stars I would! We absolutely love the canopy team! We have had such a pleasant experience living here! Maria and Ashley are always so helpful whenever I have questions or need help. They both make our experience living here so Exceptional! Today I had a work order for an appliance In my bathroom that needed to be tuned and Jr came moments after my work order, he completed it so quickly and the best part- I have a 5 month old baby and he was so quiet while he worked my baby was asleep the entire time! I would recommend canopy to anyone who is looking for their next place to call home!

  Stella and I have lived at the Canopy for over a year and half. In the several apartment complexes I have lived at, I must say the Canopy at Cottonwood ranks #1. The Front Office personnel are always so helpful whenever there might be an issue with my unit. I would like to give a special shout out to the communities maintenance crew, especially JULIO and JR. They are both very friendly and polite whenever either of them have had to attend to an issue in my unit, what I appreciate the most is the promptness of their responses. Thank you maintenance crew!!!

  Richard, Julio, Jr. are fantastic. They are highly efficient. I have observed them performing tasks such as cleaning windows, gates, and pressure washing, among other things. Additionally, they always greet me with a friendly wave.

  New to the area and the property. All the staff are friendly and helpful. And the cleanliness of the property is well worth noting. Jr and Julio do a fantastic job keeping everything aesthetically pleasing and manicured. They absolutely take pride in their work and it shows. Whether it be the streets, common areas or sidewalks, they put in the extra effort to provide everyone with a beautiful place to be in, and their hard work is noticed and appreciated!!!!

  I really enjoy living here Maria is always very helpful with my wife being sick I need help with a lot of thing so living in a community where they provide concierge service is the best feeling Ashley is always so sweet and caring and even Richard always willing to help even if they are busy the whole team goes above and beyond for me and everyone here no matter how busy they are they make time for me not knowing me I’m not one important but they sure mak me feel worth 1 million dollar we truly feel loved appreciate cared for like family I really love Canopy at Cottonwood PS the Grass is the best grass in all of casa grande especially barefoot
