  Amber and Chris has made my rental experience in Bullhead City enjoyable and an easy transition. Amber is the most wonderful person; she is always ready to help in anyway she can. I truly feel Amber and Chris live by the rule, treat everyone the way you want to be treated. Chris is ready do any maintenance that needs done. And he and Amber get it done as fast as possible. Not ok we will put you on the repair list. Both Chris and Amber are dedicated in pleasing the tenants. They truly want you to be happy. They are the nicest, most caring people I have ever met. You can without any hesitation it comes from the heart. Thank you both so much for an awesome experience in renting in Bullhead City.

  Amber is something special. She’s transformed LBVRS into a well oiled machine and set the bar for all property management companies in the area. My property involvement went from too much to almost nothing since she took over. She’s sharp, friendly and always comes with solutions. We rest assured that our property is being managed and taken care of by the best.

  I couldn’t ask for more . We have 4 properties that Amber and Chris manage. I live in another state, and our properties are in Arizona. Amber is really on her game. She just recently received her Real Estate license, and is the only person I will give my future business too. If you are looking for a reliable, honest couple that really work hard for your money , these are the only people to call !

  I highly recommend!!! Amber helped me get into my very first house and she was very kind and very helpful and also she was very prompt the house is beautiful I am very satisfied with the services I received and if I ever want to move I am definitely going through Amber again
