She was very sweet and patient, and we felt in no rush to look around. She answered all our questions and was very informative of all the specials going on currently as well as specifics of the homes. It was a very wonderful experience compared to the many tours we’ve done. We can’t wait to be tenants here!

- BLBaileigh LongwellOct 20, 20251.0The office NEVER answers the phone. The neighborhood is filled with dirt bikes and ATV’s speeding up and down the street and sidewalks. The streets are scattered with trash. Cars do not park in their driveways, instead, lining up the streets. People neglect taking in their trash cans from outside. We never received a fire extinguisher upon being told we would be provided one. The pool is attended by unsupervised children. This is what I have observed from living here for two months.
