  When I moved into the house, there was already a bird issue. The office agreed that they would have a company remove the birds and treat the area. However, after I moved in, the office never followed through or provided support. The bird problem has now gotten much worse, and the office is refusing to assist. Based on my experience, I would not recommend moving here due to the lack of support and honesty from the staff.

  I had a great experience living at The Reserve Westpark — it’s a beautiful, well-kept community. Special shoutout to Victoria, the assistant manager, for always being so helpful and supportive! 😊

  Horrible staff that never responds and noisy neighborhood. Visiting friends is unpleasant because of the noise from neighbors and managers just don’t want to do anything. Worst service I’ve ever witnessed from a management company

  Unresponsive/irresponsible staff, very poor and neglectful management, loud neighbors blaring music all day and night. Trash everywhere and dirt bikes/ATVs drive like maniacs revving their engines. Hard to sleep if you work graveyard shifts. People use the main road as a drag strip and nothing is ever done. No matter how a situation is addressed (email, in person, reviews, cops) nothing is ever done and they never answer the phone at the office. I don’t complain or get upset often, this is a beautiful spot, but if management is not doing what they need to be do, then I’m going to let the future residents know and I’m also calling the “higher ups”! People deserve to live peacefully without dirt bikes riding on sidewalks in peoples’ rocks and landscapes, ATVs almost hitting cars in driveways, and there are parents with newborn children here, people who work hard and pay a pretty penny to want peace. Definitely put a second thought into renting here! Cops have been called multiple times, people screaming and fighting at each other next door, tires squealing. Beware. Definitely not renewing the lease!

  I’m a resident at Reserve at Westpark, and I’ve had a great experience so far. The community is beautifully maintained, with landscaping consistently taken care of on a weekly basis. The homes themselves are well built and thoughtfully designed, reflecting true quality. I would highly recommend Reserve at Westpark to anyone looking to rent a well-maintained, high-quality home in a great neighborhood. Victoria in the leasing office is always helpful!
