  Since moving into my apartment, the washer provided as part of my lease has repeatedly failed to function properly. I have reported this issue multiple times over the course of several months. As a temporary solution, management directed me to use washers in vacant apartments; however, the washers in those units were also nonfunctional. I was sent to three different empty apartments, none of which resolved the issue. After being informed that the washer in the final unit had completed a full cycle, I believed the issue was resolved and spent an entire night washing laundry. Despite this, the clothing remained dirty and stained, confirming the washer was still not operating correctly. As a result, I was forced to use a laundromat at my own expense, The amount I had to spend did not cover all of my laundry needs. I have raised these concerns with both the property manager and assistant manager, but the issue has not been addressed with appropriate urgency. During one instance when I was using a vacant unit at management’s direction, the property manager arrived and referred to my family and i as “squatters.” This comment was inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable, particularly given that I am a paying tenant who has consistently paid rent on time and was only in the vacant unit due to management’s failure to provide a functioning washer in my apartment. Additionally, I requested corporate contact information from the assistant manager in order to formally escalate this matter. I was given multiple explanations as to why the information could not be provided and was told that the corporate phone number would not work. This further delayed my ability to seek resolution and added to the frustration surrounding this issue. The washer is a lease-included amenity, and its prolonged unavailability has caused significant inconvenience, financial burden, and disruption to my household.

  Paola and April have been amazing from the very beginning, they made me feel welcome and have been very informative! For my first time moving out I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’m ecstatic to be a resident at The Maddox!! These two are why customer service is so important, I was torn between The Maddox and the Canopy at Sundance and what really stuck out was the genuine customer service and want to help out. I will say communication was a bit hard via text, email, and calling but anytime I came in person they jumped at the opportunity to answer my questions and help me! Thank you two for being awesome!!!

  This complex is amazing! I attended a Christmas event run by Apartment Life (run by my friends Maddie and Cameron) and it was so much fun. It was a great opportunity to connect with others in the community and enjoy good food (there were even elements available for the kids to participate and take home). I would definitely recommend!

  My daughter and I toured The Maddox in November of 2025. Paola was very friendly and had a helpful attitude, which seemed very sincere. She shared her great knowledge of the property, which was very beautiful, and its many amenities. It seems like it would be a great place to live, being so close to the shopping, dining, and convenience options in the area of Yuma and Watson roads. The Maddox is located only half a mile from Interstate 10! Reina and I were happy to have taken the tour. I am hoping to move to Goodyear, to be closer to my job, but if we stay in Buckeye, The Maddox will be at the top of our list!
