We were relocating from Kansas, and she consistently went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Paola kept us informed every step of the way, communicated clearly and made sure we felt supported the entire time. She ensured our apartment was clean and ready before our arrival and made sure we received our mail key as soon as we got there. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re extremely grateful for all of her help. - JJJayDec 30, 20255.0Paola and April have been amazing from the very beginning, they made me feel welcome and have been very informative! For my first time moving out I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’m ecstatic to be a resident at The Maddox!! These two are why customer service is so important, I was torn between The Maddox and the Canopy at Sundance and what really stuck out was the genuine customer service and want to help out. I will say communication was a bit hard via text, email, and calling but anytime I came in person they jumped at the opportunity to answer my questions and help me! Thank you two for being awesome!!!
