  We just moved to Marketside Villas at Verrado from San Diego with our 3-month-old daughter, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! We chose a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, and it’s been the ideal spot for our little family to settle into Arizona life. From the very beginning, the staff made everything seamless and welcoming. Amanda, the property manager, gave us an amazing tour back in August when we were house-hunting—she was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all our questions. Then, when we physically moved in, Tony (the assistant manager) went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, always in a quick and personal way. We had one minor issue with the refrigerator not cooling properly shortly after moving in, and Tony personally walked over to our unit and fixed it on the spot—super fast and friendly service! We absolutely love everything about the homes and the community: the modern finishes, the gated resort-style amenities (pool, spa, fitness center), and the peaceful yet vibrant feel. The surrounding Verrado area is amazing too—beautiful mountain views, hiking trails, Main Street shops and restaurants, and that perfect mix of suburban tranquility with easy access to Phoenix. Nothing has disappointed us so far—it’s all exceeded expectations. We’d highly recommend Marketside Villas to anyone, especially young families, professionals, or anyone seeking luxury rental living in a fantastic master-planned community.

  Just moved in last week and what a nightmare that was. The only saving grace was Tony and Amanda, helping my husband and myself to get into this apartment. I’ve been to other apartments where they dragged their feet getting back to you with responses and we worried that was going to be the case here. Nope. Both Tony and Amanda are on top of everything. Tony even gave us a thorough tour when we arrived. The price was right, but what sold us was the amenities and the apartment itself. Very nice appliances, we barely hear our neighbors(literally only when the window is open, the sound resistance is very nice here), the gym and mail room are both very nice and the free gourmet coffee is certainly a bonus. What started off as a nightmare is slowly turning into a dream. I honestly haven’t had this sort of apartment experience before. It’s been so inviting and comfortable. And the people in the front office certainly help with that.

  I have really enjoyed living in this community. I was the first tenant to occupy my unit, and it has been very comfortable, with little to no issues since I have been here. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Amanda and Alyssa do a really good job answering any questions and are very active in the community. It is a quiet place to live, and very comfortable. I love the pool area, although I wish they had a bigger gym. It is really only comfortable to be in the gym when you have the place to yourself. This place is super great!
