    If you’ve ever dreamed of having roommates you didn’t invite, this is the place for you! The rats will happily move and nest into your backyard, leave little “gifts” everywhere, and stick around your entire lease and the next tenant’s too- honestly, more loyal than most boyfriends and or girlfriends. 🐀✨

    i lived here 2023-2024 and only had a one year contract. definitely a lot going on with tenants and how they choose to maintain their properties. the whole complex had a horrible rat problem. the hot tub and pool were always green and not able to be used. my biggest problem was the way the office, tonya specifically, disregarded my incident where a dog hopped a back gate and tried to attack my dog. i called the office after getting my dog to safety, and she said she would help get the loose dog back home. i was told the dog was removed from the property, yet it hopped the gate a second time and tried to attack again! i love dogs, but this community will not reprimand those who leave their aggressive dogs out unattended. at move out, i didn’t get any of my deposit back. i called and questioned the itemized bill i requested, and later on got my full deposit back… this apartment complex is very scandalous. i wouldn’t move here. a lot of bugs!

    There’s new management but it’s all the same. Office is barely around, I’ve never gotten a voicemail returned and can only get responses if I’m lucky enough they pickup when I call. A bit infuriating when by chance the office is actually open you go inside and see them at the desk all day. Even during the tour the employee wasn’t even interested in actually selling the location and only told us to keep looking online for availability rather than taking initiative. I recommend to be sure you have ALL info when speaking with them because multiple times im given an answer from them without the full details. It is a hassle to live here to work with this office, it’s almost a job itself.

    Definitely read the reviews before wasting your time and money! I would give zero stars if I could. My husband called and spoke with Perla before we even put in an application and asked if there was a pet limit and specifically stated we have 3 pets. Perla lied and said that was not a problem that they allow 3 pets per unit. So we decided to move forward with the application. After paying the application fee we got a notice that our application was accepted and all we had to do was pay the $250 assessments fee and we would receive our welcome package. After paying the $250 Perla called me 30 minutes before they closed and said our application was denied due to having 3 pets. Perla informed me if we wanted to move forward we would have to get rid of one of our pets or we could cancel our application. She then told me if we did not cancel that day they would be keeping our $250. Again this was 30 minutes before they closed for the day. I told her to go ahead and cancel because we would not be getting rid of one of our pets just to move in there and the only reason we moved forward with the application is because she told us 3 pets were allowed. She then lied again and said she never told us that and they “inform all potential residents about their pet policy”. Because this all happened within 24 hours of submitting our application and paying the application fee I requested a FULL refund for all fees paid due to their misleading information. Perla became very rude and short with me and refused again reading from her script saying “they inform all potential residents of their pet policy”. When I explained this was extremely unprofessional and frustrating as we now have no place to live when moving from a new state with three pets and a child Perla had zero empathy and said that it was not her problem. This place will lie and say anything just to steal your money. Do NOT waste your time they do not care about anything but your money. Perla should be fired as it is clear in multiple reviews that she has lied to multiple people just to steal their money.

    Please read all the reviews before they waste your time and money, Stay away they will lie to you just to get the application fee. I called and spoke with Perla I ask her couple of questions one of them being do they allow 3 pets she answered the question absolutely we welcome 3 pets so me and my wife decided to go ahead and put the application in since everything seem good, once the application get put in we get a call that everything looks great just have to drop off the deposit and we should have are welcome package soon. Next day 1 hour bed they close they call my wife saying are application has been denied cause of the 3 pets they can move forward but one have to get rid of one pet. When I call back to speak with Perla she was short and get up repeating the same thing like she was reading a statement so I ask for there manager Nelly and same no help they buckle down and said not are fault. The will nice till you put the deposit after that your just dead weight to them. Thank you for pushing us away we found away better place way safer with people that actually care! Night and day difference and how you get treated. I will never recommend you guys and I hope Perla gets fired for lying.
