    My only problem is the rent raise after every renewal. And the pool stay shutdown to many times in the summer.

    There is a hole in the fence near Dollar General. Wouldn't it be more cost efficient and resident friendly to put a gate there and fix the rest of the fence? People need to be able to walk to the store and Liqour store. Take care of your residents!
