  It is the owners responsibility to shovel ice and snow to make it reasonably safe for the tenants. After a week of zero clearing, any falls on this property is the sole responsibility of Pure Lowell. I recommend noone to rent here $1600/month for them to not care a single lick about the tenants look elsewhere..

  The manager is rude and disrespectful she has no respect for anyone one of the tenants called her the other night because they got locked out with a 10 month old it took her forever to get there and when she got there she was rude the first thing she said was I’m not here to wait

  Never answer the phone. I moved out first week of July and still haven’t received my deposit return and have no way to contact. Didn’t hate living here but this whole situation is driving me insane. UPDATE It’s now been almost 5 months and still nothing.

  I went to tour with my sister on Monday and the lady who toured us was not helpful, did not try to help us with our needs and make us feel unwelcome management needs to be better
