Neal has been great with maintenance issues that have come up. He goes above and beyond. The property is beautiful, clean and secure. I’m happy to call The Ridge at Chenal Valley my home.

Management does little to address tenant concerns and problems, and they do nothing when other tenants violate policies and rules of the complex. If you’re looking for an apartment, then look elsewhere- you’ll be way better off when you do!

I have had a very quiet experience living here which was my number one must have when I was searching for an apartment myself. If that is your goal as well then I very well suggest this location based on that. On top of that, everyone is very friendly and they are pet friendly as well. Everyone seems to have dogs and they have dog parks provided throughout the facility. The apartment itself are very nice and I've never experienced any issues. There's not a single con I can think of for the living quarters them self. Now you're probably wondering what if you do have an issue. How would their customer service be. Well that is the whole reason why I bother to write this interview. Their customer service is top of the line with the best service that I've experienced in my life. There response rate to emails or questions are immediate, the events the provide makes it very apparent that they care for their clients. It's very small efforts that I appreciate the most from them! If you're new to Little Rock and are looking for a quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood than I would recommend this location without a doubt. Looking at other apartments, none looks to compare to what they the ridge provides.
