  -10 stars They Manage Timber lakes apartments in NLR. The mold and mildew coming from a leaking pipe behind the toilet wall. My bathroom, bedroom and outside under the front door. I have mushrooms growing in my bathroom!! They have no concern for anything but their paychecks. Problem has only worsened after 5 work ordered were marked complete. 5 work orders since March 2nd. I have a cut out from the wall. Insane mold is now spilling into the bathroom and original leaking 100 worse. They are not going to cover this water bill even though it's 100% they're fault due their negligence. They know this building and others in the same condition and those apts and building are in same condition and flooding as well.

  Very horrible , liars, bad communication , yelled at by one of the mangers & hung up in my face ! I would never recommend this place. Legal scam of $50 for background .

  Went to view 4203 N Locust in North Little Rock and it was so disgusting. Dead bugs all throughout the house and the refrigerator was black inside from mold.

  Please do not use this company. I recently signed a contract with them on a house and when I went in the house was full on roaches. So when I tried to get my money back I was told because I signed the contract I would still be held liable for the remainder of the contract. Terry Alexander knew that I was a single mom of 4 children but yet still was reluctant to make me a aware that the house was infested with roaches. This company is money hungry. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star.
