  My Lord, I don’t even know where to begin. A family member of mine recently moved here, and since then there have been frequent shootings—real shootings—with people being hit in front of children. Apts and cars have been shot into, and there seems to be absolutely no regard for the safety of children or adults. In the past few months alone, there have been multiple incidents with yellow tape going up far too often. This property needs a police substation right next to it just to keep up with the crime. And why on earth is there no 24/7 security on site? Corporate needs to invest in real security if they expect to get this situation under control. This message is directed solely to the corporate office: you must invest in security, officers, or something to protect the people living here before someone else gets seriously hurt. I’m calling the Mayor’s office today and speaking to the Ombudsman because this property has become a nuisance to the city of Little Rock. Either fix it or shut it down. My heart goes out to the families and children who can’t even step outside and enjoy peace without the fear of a shootout. I’m going to do everything I can to help get this community back under control. I also noticed there haven’t been reviews here in years, and I want to encourage residents— even if you have to email anonymously— to speak up about how you’re being treated and what corporate is allowing. This isn’t the fault of the property manager or the assistant manager; they can only do what corporate permits, and that’s the real shame. I believe the property is owned by Case & Associates, but if I’m mistaken, I will update this review. Please, start writing letters and speaking out before something tragic happens. They may have remodeled these apartments, but some of these young girls and their reckless boyfriends should be ashamed of their behavior. If they don’t want a decent place to live, they need to take that behavior elsewhere and allow others to live in peace. I’m truly shaking my head at what this community has become.

  Let my start by saying the ONLY good part about living in these apartments is the SPACE and that’s it! I moved there July 2018! Never had an issues except with management! Their attitudes are HORRIBLE and maintenance never would fix anything!! Now May 2021 there was an incident with an ex of mine showing up to my apartment and shot up my car, July they called me to the office telling me I was evicted for the incident although I had a police report and they have a “Violence Against Women” policy in place!! Which clearly means NOTHING!! he was not a guest in my home and he showed up uninvited me and my kids were the victims yet we were still forced to move!

  So I have been here a year and I love my apartment itself. What I dont like nor appreciate is the lack of accountability on my neighbors. Litter is everywhere. Also during my first 11 months no issues with bugs and then bam roaches galore. I called to complain and no one can come out for a week as well as my complaint was not handled properly. Alot of rules are being set in place by new management but no consequences are being carried out for breaking those rules. I would like to take pride in where I live. I am fine with surprise inspections and I truly feel that is what is needed. Of course if you give them notice before you come they will clean then.
