  Do not rent. 🚨 I stayed for years a friend of mine was shot 10 times and killed drove his car into the lake and died. No security no cameras, 11 people have been killed! Car break ins, cars being towed, maintenance coming into your apartment when you’re at work, homeless walking around, loud fighting, Pools are never available and work out room is not safe. Thank God I’m now a homeowner. Best of luck!! Google Chenal Lakes Shootings to get facts.

  I visited the community with my roommate this weekend. though they did not have the floor plan we were interested in available to show, marrisa the assistant went out of her way to show pictures of the unit , and took us around the community for a feel. PLEASE KNOW: we do not live here and can not attest to how living is here. The reason I’m leaving a review is because nowadays customer service is terrible. The service we received Saturday was great but We received an email today … 3 days later from Marrisa just to tell us how she enjoyed us and will invite us back to see the unit we’re really interested in. If for no other reason, Marrisa has sold us on the community because customer service is very important to us. I’m with the other reviewers that say TALK TO HER ONLY. We had a great experience.

  I lived here for a year and in that time the square footage and view were great however maintenance issues and changes in upper management who were very dismissive and very unprofessional changed how I felt about this property. Renters BEWARE, cheaper rent means there is a reason. The AC leaked many times over the year I was there literal waterfall in the hall having to use beach towels in my hallway to absorb water. I had a guest have his car booted and I had to pay the fee with no assistance from management . Neighbors smoking weed (when residents sign a drug clause to their lease excluding even medical marijuana) and running food business out of their apartment with constant foot traffic into the late hours of the night. The only shining light was Marissa she helped me and addressed issues and helped me get of my lease and move. Also Jai’Kyera Was always so helpful and so kind and for both them I say a HUGE THANK YOU! The property manger and my property management company changed shortly after I moved in to Fogleman Properties and Brayonna and Paula (Property GM and Assistant GM) Paula called me “snarky” once we going to the office to voice concerns and has since left the property. Brayonna seemed that she was too good to speak to residents or help address their issues and was very dismissive. Although I have moved and I am living in a good environment now I decided to do a review of my experiences to possibly help management and future potential residents to have a clear picture of this property. The only reason why I rated them 2 stars is because of the above e players that helped me immensely and I thank them for that again.
