  Since moving to Arkansas 2024 and living Carrington Park has been a blessing to my family. The manager -Ms. Debbie is a breath of fresh air- office customer service is superior. The maintenance team responds in 24 hours, CJ"s expert skills eliminate waiting time for repairs. Gwendolyn

  All I have to say is that CJ is exceptional. He’s not only the maintenance supervisor, but from what I can tell, he handles nearly all of the maintenance work himself and he does it with consistency, professionalism, and real dedication. Every time I’ve put in a request, CJ is the one who shows up, day or night, and he always follows through. His work ethic is unmatched. Other than the convenient location, CJ is honestly the best part about living at Carrington Park. He truly deserves recognition and a raise for everything he does. The five stars is for CJ.

  I have been a resident since August 2025 & so far I have been enjoying the community. Management has a good communication and positive attitudes. They are very accommodating & maintenance as well. I wish there was another treadmill in the gym, one of the fans in there doesn’t seem to work and it gets pretty hot in the gym sometimes. The plumbing with the toilets also isn’t the greatest. It’s a very quiet and complex and any issues I’ve had have been resolved positively & in a timely matter. Overall, I’d recommend this apartment.

  It's quiet, I love the area, it has much to do, family friendly, but I live in a single place which could easily house 3, the staff has treated me with respect. If you have pets , it's perfect, clean neighborhood, helpful maintenance. My only regret is that I have not used more of what they have to offer especially during holidays. It's right around the corner from all kinds of shopping, but there's plenty of family friendly, community based places too such as churches and schools... definitely great restraints to sit back and relax. But more importantly staff is great.

  I have enjoyed my stay at Carrington Park Apartments. The staff is wonderful and very caring. Ms. Deborah, Ms. Cory, Ms Jeanne, Mr. C.J. and the other maintenance gentleman are all wonderful. I will miss them greatly. They responded to my requests quickly. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had good neighbors. If I did not have to move for situations out of control, I would be here for YEARS!! Be Blessed!
