  I needed some place to move to very quickly because my previous apartment had a very bad mold problem that made me sick. I scheduled a tour for 930 am the following business day, showed up, toured 2 apartments, (both gorgeous btw), signed a lease and got keys all in the same day. Marshonna has the best vibes and really cares about the residents. Talking to her feels like talking to an old friend. I also met Michael the maintenance man and he is so friendly!! I feel i made a great choice in picking this complex. I know the staff has our best interests at heart. While I haven't spoken to her much, Laikyn in the office is also very pleasant and welcoming. The last thing I needed was more stress after the mold ordeal, and Brightwaters definitely goes above and beyond with customer service.

  Been living here for a year now and it’s awesome! The maintenance is really good, Michael comes by real quick. The pool is clean and nice. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for something reasonable and good.

  DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I inquired a month ago, signed a lease and was told I could move into my unit on the 13th(Dec). Then on the (12th) @ 4pm JUST HOURS BEFORE I MOVE IN they call saying MY UNIT WONT BE READY TOMORROW AND DONT KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE…So I showed up on my move in date to see what they could do and basically said they would have to make some calls and arrangements with higher ups and maintenance and get back to me Monday (15th) and they kept being very vague about what the unit needed to be move in ready (which it should’ve already been ready or don’t offer it!!) Offered another unit without the balcony/view and other features I wanted. Mind you I paid a full months rent, with a move in date half way into the month and now they are estimating even farther out..until the unit is ready??? Left me and my 9 year old son in a limbo for living situations, and during the HOLIDAYS?? They weren’t helpful when it came to making things right or never compensated for all the money I lost for the pointless uhaul rental the day before our move, storage, and lodging…HAD TO VOID THE LEASE AND IM GETTING A REFUND. DONT DO IT
