    I moved out of the property on Nov 2024 with a clean apartment. I have shared proof of 250 USD security deposit which I paid when moved in on July 2018, but have not heard back regarding the status. Lack of response from ARLO my account went into collections, this is ridiculous. After sending few emails I have been told I should have paid my balance within 28 days of leaving. In fact, I have sent this proof within a week to the manager, Zaneta Williams but received no response from her. I did send out many follow up emails, every time been told by Amy this will be forwarded to the Management for review which is complete lie, they might have scraped it. This shows really unprofessional service from the management, looks like they have not taken full Information transfer when they owned the property from Fountain Bleau, else this balance should have been reflecting there. They only remember to increase the rent and collect it on time, accept security deposit which may be goes to their pocket and never returned back. Because of all this I have my credit report affected and need to pay an additional amount to clear my balance, this is UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT ACCEPTABLE at all. My advise to people moving in to this apartment think again and make sure this is noted so they refund your money when you leave the property. I wish I could give 0 rating to this.

    Management refuses to address the ongoing parking issues even after multiple attempts I’ve made through email. Paying 1600 to not be heard is ridiculous. Paying 1600 to not be able to park my car when I come home before the sun down and absolutely ridiculous. I hope yall love walking a long distance or have time to sit In your car for 45 plus minutes waiting on a parking spot because guest parking will be completely full as well. Oh but if you park in handicap they will but a boot on your car ASAP. A joke!

    La neta me encanta el área yo como cualquier guesped pago la renta a tiempo no soy una persona problemática pero la verdad avía un detalle dede que me mude al departamento avia una gotera en el baño directo a la foco del baño que cuando encendi la luz pues por el agua se fue toda la electricidad del baño y fuy personalmente a la ofisina la manaller fue muy atenta y me dio buen servicio pero nadamos no isieron la reparación asi dure una semana sin luz en el baño y volví a la oficina de nuebo a dar la queja con la otra manaller y igual fue amable y me mando al instante me mando a mantenimiento mantenimiento lo único que iso fue eliminar el foco y devolver la electricidad pero no iso nada con la fuga espere otra semana y bolvi a la oficina con la manaller de las manaller y le dije el problema ella comenzó a gritarme que porque eso se tiene que aser por la aplicación y yo me quede confundido porque me puse a pensar si a todas las personas les da el mismo trato o yo fuy sa esepsin yo no tengo ningún problema con aserlo por la aplicación si la aplicación funcionará correctamente bueno al fin dijo de un tono molesto que ella ería el reporte por mi por esta ocasión pero al parecer no iso nada porque ya boy para tres meses en el departamento y ese detalle cada día esta peor ya enpeso a salir mold de tanta umedad

    As a 30 y/o woman living on her own, I would recommend living here. I lived here for one year (2024-2025) and honestly never had any problems. My neighbors would get packages that would sit on their doorsteps for a week+ while out of town and no one ever touched them. It was typically very quiet. The gates often didn’t work, which was a bummer but didn’t cause too much of an issue. Parking late at night can sometimes be hard to find and that was really the only complaint I ever had. The apartments are gorgeous and decently priced. I never had to contact maintenance or management (which is a good sign) so if there are any issues there, I can’t speak to them. I enjoyed walking around the perimeter a lot for my daily steps and never had anyone harass me and never felt unsafe even when walking in the dark.
