  The online version of this pool is beautiful! This pic is the real truth! Instead of fixing it they plan on filling it in with concrete. Don't let their deception fool you into a contract of Adhesion that they offer. Also they have decided a third party tow company will either boot or tow your car. I asked the management to talk to the customers who aren't parking correctly, since its supposed to be a good community with a solid management team. Its not! They just fired the head manager and have brought in another one who hasn't taken the time to even introduce herself. Close community huh? Don't move here with the rats and roaches and dishonest front office. People are leaving left and right. I wanted the truth told about their false advertisement about sparkling pools and wonderful amenities. Which are rats and roaches and mold. Want some? Come get it! Without recourse! First amendment protected activity Update, jan 27,2026. Most all of us in Little Rock are snowed in. I walked to Kroger yesterday and ran into the gentleman that plows parking lots and do good work. I asked him what he would charge to plow the roads in our apartments so people can get up and down the steep hills . He said he had plowed this property previously to the tune of $150.00. That was 5 or 6 years ago price. $225 is todays price! $225 thats it. On my way back i stopped by the office to tell them and its been closed since the first snowflake fell. Management lives 50 yards from the office. If I can walk 2 miles why cant they walk 50 yards to answer maintenance calls about the outside water heaters that have busted and are flowing out into the driveways? This place only cares about them getting your money every month with a short 3 day grace period. Also if your car is double parked or not inside their new guidelines rules they just posted on most doors, a third party towing will boot your with a tidy $150.00 removed fee. Then if not paid within 24 hours, its towed and well you know what happens. Instead of reaching out to the community and let the customer know, people would abide. Instead they leave a 2 page notice on how to park properly. Im a grown man and have been driving and parking for years. So no one in the office and what a spirit lifter it would be to have the couple of roads here plowed and help the community for a couple hundred dollars. Some other apartments have done just this. Arbor point would rather spend money by getting dog facial matter tested to see which dog owner doesn't pick up their dogs waste. You read it right. That's a whole story on the list of their ways to control. Please do not waste your hard earned money and get caught up into this vicious cycle of rude office staff, rats, roaches and mold and they won't even de-ice the steps to get downstairs. One staff member sniffs doors at nite to find pot smokers! Its a disaster over here and its getting worse. They lie to everyone that visits their website and have an excuse for EVERYTHING! Its a lie factory! Spend a few dollars less and move into a place that has a place for kids to play and be honest in advertising about their product. Theres so much more that I will post due to my lease isn't up till may. Sad face. I could post something different everyday thats wrong with this place and they won't fix it. Instead they focus on getting bodies into rat and roach traps for what seems like an eternity. DON'T MOVE HERE! PLEASE! IM TRYING TO HELP EVERYONE! FIRST AMENDMENT PROTECTED ACTIVITY WITHOUT RECOURSE!

  DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've lived here for going on 3 years. We've gone through at least 3 different property managers. My heat has not worked all winter and the apartment has no rush on fixing it. It's been a week since my last maintenance request and is now 57 degrees in my apartment.The pool was out of service all summer. Several different buildings had a flea issue and despite my $450 pet deposit on top of $50 a month per pet, not to mention the pest control fee.I was told I'd need to pay and extra $100 service fee to get rid of them. I absolutely refused seeing as it sounds more like a management issue and not a resident issue. I have two INDOOR cats and everyone I talked to iny building had fleas. I've read the other reviews and all of the 1 stars are true. I pay $1045 a month for a one bedroom one bathroom. Half of the time I have no choice but to fix my maintenance issues myself. Extremely disappointed! I will be moving this year!
